Has anyone ate at Texas De Brazil in orlando? I recently ate at a place like this during my visit to Dallas. Upon our visit to orlando I thought it would be a nice offsite place to eat at. Its not your common dinner setting. So I was just curious if anyone has dined here and what you thought of the place. If you have been there what was the dress code? On the website it says "smart casual". I guess that means Simple street clothes but nothing rude/revealing?

We have eaten at the Orlando Texas de Brazil twice and we absolutely love it! Be sure to sign up for their emails because they are always sending out coupons.

This is the review I posted last week. DH and I really enjoyed it.....but go hungry!! As far as dress goes.....most men were in kahki pants with polos and women in nice pants or dresses. There were a few more casual patrons wearing jeans...so looks like anything really goes. I wore jeans as I am pregnant and I don't have any nice pants/dresses that fit anymore, but if I had something else I would have felt more comfortable.

Thanks for the input everyone. I'm still debating on if this is a place that my family would enjoy. Thanks to everyone's information I think I have the information I need to finally decide. Thanks again!!

They are now open for lunch on Fridays.

We went here last week, loved it - great food and service. I would say however that my 5 year old was not so keen

As caribear says - go hungry. I'd also advise caution over the very tempting 'salad' bar (it's actually much more than a salad bar) if you want to sample all the meats and, thus, get your money's worth. All the food, especially the meats, is top-notch, but, being a fixed price, it's expensive for anyone in your party who's not a big eater. We had two full price paying teens in our group, one of whom ate very little (although the other more than made up for her!). We did have a discount voucher which saved us 20%, so as Longsx3 says, it's worth signing up for the emails.
