On my last trip to disney I wore Teva's and my feet felt fine. I was walking 19 hours in The magic Kingdom and my feet started to feel a bit of pain was at 17 1/2 hours. I strongly suggest wearing teva's but you have to wear them tight.

After 4 hours mine give me small blisters Teva Dozers. Sad.

I know everyone hates to hear it, but CROCS rock!!!!!!!!!!!

I never could wear them for some reason.Straps just hit the wrong places.

But I love my Keens for WDW.

Really any shoe for 17 hours is just too much . If we go back to our room I will switch to one of my other water shoes for the nights as they are more like Tennis shoes but made a bit better.

I wish I could wear mine to the parks, I love how they look and feel (for about three hours. Then they rub, and by hour 4...blisters! OUCH!) But...I have a very wide foot so I think that's probably why I have problems with them, it isn't the shoes. I am sure of that because so many people wear them to the parks and swear by them! My DH also has Teva Dozers that rub his feet after a while so neither one of us wears them when we will be walking more than a couple of hours.

Have you tried wearing them with BodyGlid applied to your feet. Even my Keens from a long day will get a few hotspots but with the BG on them they are good to go all day.

No, I never even thought of trying that (I have Body Glide for WDW, never occurred to me to use it before I get there!) I will try it, thanks! We go in three weeks so that gives me time to give it a shot!

I can wear my Teva Mush flip flops all day at WDW with no problem. But, my Teva Ulani flip flops or my Teva Pretty Rugged sandals I can't last more than a few hours in, without my feet getting sore. The toe strap on the Ulani's rub between my toes raw every time, and I've tried wrapping the toe post in mole skin, as well as rubbing between my toes with both Body Glide and Arrid cream antiperspirant. The straps on the Pretty Rugged sandals get me, again even using mole skin, Body Glide or Arrid antiperspirant. I have the same problems with my Croc Niles and Croc Athens, although the rest of my Crocs are great at WDW.

My best shoes thus far for WDW are the Montrail Molokini flip flops =so much arch support, but so soft and cushy on the feet. I hate for my feet to be uncomfortable, so I usually carry quite a few pairs. I usually have my Teva Mush, Montrail Molokinis, Crocs, and maybe a pair of Reef or Havianas flip flops. My Teva Pretty Rugged leather sandals, Teva Ulani, and my Croc Niles or Croc Athens stay home these days though.

If you wear teva's with straps try wearing them really tight not to tight that it is uncomfortable but so your foot will not move I found that they last so much longer and Blister-free that way
