**Tevas for DD5?**

What would be the best Tevas for my DD5? I ordered the Mush for myself, but not sure about the kid's Mush.

Hi! I have gotten DD the hurricane for the last two summers. They hold up well and she can get them on and off herself. I know that is not as big of a concern with a 5 year old. I prefer the hurricane to the mush for DD because she can run and play in them without worrying about keeping them on her feet. Either way, they are great sandals.

I got my kids the Teva-like sandals that Lands End sells. Here's the link: Sandals They're super comfortable, and the kids wear them all summer long.

Both my girls (now 4 and 8) have worn the mush flip flops for the last couple of years. My youngest wore hers around DW when she was 2 no problems! They are so light weight that they stay on their feet really well. They love them. There were some little girls on sale for $10 on amazon.

My girls (6 and 3) both like the Teva Psyclones. They wear well and have lasted a long time. We also like the Land's End sandals, which are half the price!

My son has worn hurricanes, terri fi's and inversions. I like these better than the mush because they seem to offer more support as well as a heel strap. The terri fi's and inversions are nicer than the hurricanes because they have a thicker strap, a cushioned sole and they seem more flexible overall. I usually order from Sierra Trading or shoes dot com for my kids. My kids wear tevas all summer. The hold up extremely well and are a breeze to clean plus if you're caught in the rain, they dry quickly and they double for a water shoe if you are at the beach or lake.

Just wanted to say that my ds(3.5) has not taken his Keens off his feet since we got them. He LOVES them. He can put them on himself- super fast and he just loves the way they feel*and he is a big shoes off guy. So just to add more choices to your list. I was a little taken aback by how much they cost but now that I see he will wear these well worth the $$.
