Did you pay for a 'plus' upgrade, to enable linking?

I didn't realize you had to pay to be able to link. I thought I saw that it said you could upload and link for free (up to a certain amount of photos). I got the photo to upload with no problem at all. I could use imagestation blindfolded! Time to learn a new system!!
