I am here!!! I have never seen that show, but I am glad you like it. I just had dinner with my mom to celebrate DH's B-day.

I think I need an R and R weekend!!! I am feeling like I need a break to get away and think and plan for the nest ten weeks. Anyone else ever feel like that?

Happy birthday to your hubby....did you give him a "great" gift;)

OOOhhhh...where you want to go, we could run away! We have had a lot of illness with my in-laws since the first of the year, which was supposed to be a happy time for us, with the new grandbaby coming, almost lost FIL, so I know where you are coming from, some days seems like just tooooo much to bear....but we get through it....I'm still ready to go away with you....we really do have to do a lunch or something, we could meet at a 1/2 point.....:p

M4E - how old are the kids that you babysit?

our little sweet girl is 6 and the little fellow just turned 3.

he has been a handful, he was awful when younger, sooo much anger over the littlest things, I never have dealt with a child like that....he would just throw things are wipe out a table top in 2 seconds....he is much, much better, love him to death, but he was a challange....I can't imagine how one so little can have all that anger inside of them....anything could set him off too....I do love them both though, but some days......she will soon be back in school, so I'll just have him again..

LOL! We celebrated his b-day the other day on a date. And he was very satisfied with the gift:smooth: :smooth:

He doenst like sweets and pastries (I know..he is crazy) so I sent in a Cheesecake to his work. He liked that.

Lunch would be fun. Once the baby is born and the kids get back into a routine of school, that would be more feasible for me. But, we defiantely should:D

WOW!! That is a challenge. I am glad he is growing out of it!!!

What age ranges are your children? You mentioned school, so I'm figuring they are of school age....pretty astute of me to figure that one huh???

OHHHH, so that was what the date was all about...good for you guys to have a night out...my hubby works so much...we seem to just say hi and by...(then when we are together on vacation for days on end....we get on each others nerves...go figure):teeth: Guess that is what 31 years of marriage brings along with it...plus we have been together for 33 years....::yes::

Actually, my kids are little. Preschool is what I was talking about. My DH works all the time too. This is why we set dates up, so that he knows to go in early and to leave early so we can go out.

Wow, 33 years. That is amazing. Good for you all:D

Doesn't seem like all those years have passed...but you'll find out...once your kids start regular school...one day they are in high school..it flies by..

Well, I'm off for tonight...see ya tomorrow I hope...if the kids let me have 5 minutes to hop on the net.....

just so our "test" won't be lost today. bumpdidibumpbumpbump.....

ocm, I see you are keeping your regular hours, with a post this a.m. around 6:30 a.m.:p

LOL! I am usually at the park with my kids, but I had to get a few things done, so no park today. They are pretty good about it..they had a job this morning and both of them did it. So, I'll have to take them out later and get some energy out.
