i solemnly promise not to misquote or take anything said in this thread the last 2 day out of context for at least 72 hours or so So for my part it will be at least wed if not longer before you girls need to worry however as you all know i am known to pirate a post or two and will take 45 min to catch up on what you been up to








you guys have fun i'l catch up afterwe get home, think we should be getting on road in the next hour or so, waiting on kid and dw to get ready now, we still need to throw together an overnight bag and get loaded up, we may wait and drive home tuessday not sure , depends on how i feel after surgery, if i'm up to it we will be home tommorroow night , if not tuesday during the day, i'll let ya know how thingsa g even if i am not up to any real postings i'll try and post an update afterwe g et back to moms tommorrow or home depending where we stop.lol. donty hurt ed and the other guys too much,, see yta soon.

My father was at my sister today and tried to change the "Hoper's" diaper ~ first time he's attempted it (that's right, 8 months old and Pop-Pop has never changed her diaper ). BIL was almost the same way, but he did get a little practice with his niece who's 6 months older than Hope. He doesn't see her very often though, so I think he's still learning
As for dad, he hardly ever changed our diapers (sister's and mine), and I don't think he's changed one since we were babies

I dont think the men in my family ever changed diapers. My brother changed my sons for the first time and yup..backwards. And my other brothers NEVER!!

I dont think my step-father has ever babysat my kids and never changed their diapers..but I am from the mentality that if you are not comfortable..tell me. I dont want to leave my kids with anyone who is nervous to watch them.

Which brings me to DH! Last weekend, he took both kids out by himself!!! This was a major break through in our house. And really good becuase we have about 10 weeks until the 3rd comes.
