goofybabe2001: Try generating your Countdown Timer with the date format that is mentioned on the page (Month dd, yyyy) - For example, today is 'May 9, 2002' (without the quotes). The reason your's isn't running is that the computer has somehow determined the date incorrectly from the format you provided - it thinks the date you set is in the past.

If you use the other format, it should work fine. :)
