I like it if the BBQ sauce was cooked on it.
I never put extra sauce on after.
My uncle makes really good rribs.
My favorite kind though is the really small ribs you get at Chinese restaurants. I don't remember what they're called. they're usually soaked in like some sort of dark sauce.
