I like it if the BBQ sauce was cooked on it.
I never put extra sauce on after.
My uncle makes really good rribs.
My favorite kind though is the really small ribs you get at Chinese restaurants. I don't remember what they're called. they're usually soaked in like some sort of dark sauce.

I don't know how people can eat that, sorry.

Meat justput into a baking dish that can have spices in it graded carrots and celery in it and then you just bake it.

I think that dry roasted unsalted almonds taste like something at a Chinese place.
I'm thinking possibly the breading on the egg rolls.
Or the breading on the chicken balls. I couldn't really put my finger on it.
