Test Track Singing Group Video

Body Wars :confused3 and are you sure the ride vehicles are still there?

From all I've read (and you know that I do read a LOT... ;) )

The Body Wars vehicles are still sitting at-the-ready, despite rumors to the contrary.

Same goes for Cranium Command.

And, it would take about 65 minutes to thread-up a print of "The Making of Me" in that theater.
(An hour to find the print, and 5 min. to thread it up.)

If you need a good laugh while in Epcot just head over to Test Track to watch this.....

Read the comment section under the video at this link! :rotfl:

Mike: "So, firstthing after park opening, should I get a Fastpass to see this group first and then ride Soarin, or the other way around?" :lmao:

Why in the World did they not just get a NASCAR stock car to drive out there and wow everyone with the incredible noise and power? Or bring out Lightning and Mater? :confused3

Energy took Body War's nightvision cameras and some of the hydraulic door systems were scavenged for parts. None of those systems would take more than a week - max - to replace. Those weren't even things that were really formally repurposed, moreso items that were pilfered by the other maitenance areas to keep the other attractions up and running better on lesser budgets since they were just going to go unused while Body Wars was closed.

Another question: was that post on EasyWDW the WHOLE performance? Agonizing as it is, that was pretty short. They sang, had a kid bang on a fake hubcap and blew out of there!

No, it's cut down - there's a few different songs. I'm not really sure what behooved them to cut/edit it down.

I wonder what they say to eachother after each performance. I bet they don't make eye contact and go their separate ways immediately :) I hope they are getting paid decently. That's probably the most difficult and thankless job in all of Disney World!!!

Oh, I doubt that.

Google "Stockholm Syndrome."

;)

so what everybody wanted was for Wonders of Life to reopen for the public with the rides up and running.

No matter what everyone says about the rides and exhibits being "ready to operate" I don't see that happening.

Of course it won't happen. (Sadly.)

But, the point is that the WoL headliner attractions are basically intact.

If they'd been removed and destroyed
(like Horizons, World of Motion, and the original Journey Into Imagination attractions,)
there'd be no point in discussing
those coming on-line temporarily,
to help assuage the loss of TT.
They couldn't.

But, principle WoL attractions actually COULD.

I think if they did open them there would even be a bigger backlash when they closed them again once TT reopened. Bigger than the current TT fiasco.

That one I can handle without breaking a sweat.

(Everybody in unison, now... )

"Then, don't close them again once TT reopens."

:goodvibes

They're not going to operate Wonders of Life fully again without a sponsor for it...wonder why they either can't get a sponsor or aren't bothering to try and find one. That stuff's pretty outdated, too. It would be open a year, the "nostalgia factor" would fade and everybody would want to know when there would be new attractions there.

Just saw the video, about half of it, lol & :-( I haven't been that embarrassed since Country Christmas singing at Six Flags
