Test Track license plate?

Hi everyone,
I have been busily reading through the boards for some ideas for our upcoming trip. In the past when we have gone to DL I have done autograph books for the kids using digital scrapping and photoshop and like the ideas I am seeing to make some shirts.

The other day I saw a photo of someones shirt with a Test Track license plate on it... can anyone tell me the DISinger of the graphic and whether or not I could get it blank to add myown text to it?
