Test Track - FP return times?

what has the span been recently for TT FP return times?....i'm entering epcot on sunday, 11/5 at 3 p.m. & hoping to get a fastpass that has a return time no later than 7 p.m. - possible?

1) Flip a coin.
2) Return times are SOLEY dependent upon how many are issued.
3) I have seen return times from 1-5 hours later.

i too have since different spans for FP times. i guess i was wondering if someone was just going to tell me that all the fastpasses would be gone by 3 p.m. (similar to Soarin) so don't even attempt it.

We have also entered Epcot around 3 - 3:30, and no FP for the balance of the day, times already bookup.
