Our party of nine has a Fast Pass+ for Test Track during our upcoming trip the week of Thanksgiving. This is the only thrill ride we have missed on past trips. How does it's fear factor compare to the thrill level of coaster rides such as RR and EE? I assume it is much scarier than BTMRR.

Not scarrier than BTMRR...which isn't at all scary. If you can manage to survive the car ride to the parks, you should be able to handle Test Track.

It's not thrilling like a coaster, it's thrilling like driving a race car! You design your car, test it out on road conditions, and then test it out on a racetrack.

It may be faster than all the other Disney thrill rides, but it's probably the tamest. If you can handle riding a convertible on the highway, with banked turns, you should be okay.

Not scary at all. It's been our five year olds favorite since he could ride it.

It is much LESS scary than expedition Everest and Rockin roller coaster. It goes fast, but doesn't blast off like RNR and doesn't have dark surprises or big hills like EE. I'd say comparison to a convertible on the highway with fast acceleration sounds about right. It is my timid 6 year old's favorite ride.

My kids are probably more afraid of my driving than they are Test Track:rotfl2:

Last year my 3 year old rode it and wanted to ride again and again. Its fast but not scary.

Is it pretty smooth? Fast we can handle, but a jerky ride at Six Flags this summer has my daughter a little cautious. Does it throw your head back at takeoff or to the side around curves?

It is jerky on the inside portions where you are "testing" the brakes and steering and such. You will kinda skid out a little at one section. It's like riding in a car with a really bad driver! It never really goes that fast inside. Once outside, it's super smooth and fast and it puts the hammer down to about 60 mph. It's a lot of fun!

There is one part inside when they are "testing" the brakes. You go fast stop, go around a few tight turns.. But it's quick and fun, my son thought it was great.

Its like driving a convertible down the highway at higher than normal speeds. Not scary at all.

70 mph is "higher than normal speeds"? You obviously don't drive the same roads I do.

(I'd love to drive slower, but I'd get rammed from behind if I did).

If you have ever ridden in a NYC taxi, you ave experienced far worse than what Test Track will do.
