Test Track fast pass?

Just wanted to know how long the times are for fast pass at Test Track between when you get the fast pass ticket and the time that you can use it. When we were at Test Track 2 years ago and were at the fast pass area around 9:30 in the morning, we noticed that the ticket was redeemable for later in the afternoon. Just wanted to see if things have improved.

It all depends on how busy epoct is and when the FASTPASS is given out. If it is our peak season the fast passes will all be gone by say 11:00. But when we are slow...we have FASTPASS till atleast 7:45 that evening. So It all depends on how many people come through the park and that effect our most popular ride..

We have found the fastpass line to only be 15 minutes or less absent a glitch (Test Track has a tendency to go down temporarily more than any other ride) when regular line was close to an hour. However, we have found that during busy times of year, your FP time can be long after you get the FP as you experienced; we have also found that during the extremely crowded times of year like Easter time, all the FP's can be gone for the entire day before 11. In other words, it has not improved since you were there. Nevertheless, improvement at Test Track is likely once Mission Space opens later this year as that attraction will undoubtedly become the one everyone must get on with Test Track finding itself in second place.

For anyone who works for general motors you can get front of the line with your work I.D. just go in the side door to the right of the lines 9-5 during the week, there is a lounge with free coffee & soft drinks then when you are ready you go to front of line. after hours or on weekends go thru gift shop & sign in at the desk on the left for front of the line passes. we did this 3 times last july.

I usually don't bother with Fastpass for TestTrack. I always use the single rider line. You don't really get that far apart from anyone you're with.

We ride Test TRack during Illuminations. We have seen this many times. Although I love it my all boy family would rather ride. With a multi-day pass you can see the show one night then another night hop over to ride it duing the show.It is fun because we can get on it numerous times with no wait. It is fun to ride it at night. We get a fast pass in the am, ride, do the other things, park hop to MGM or MK then come back to ride it again.

This is how we do it:

Head straight to Test Track as soon as we enter the park, grab a FP (if the line warrents it) and ride... on exiting, we pick up a second FP... usually we have no more than an hour to kill... so we go to the Imagination building while we wait. Then we ride again.
