Now that Soarin is down what is the average wait for Test Track at RD?

Depends on whether you're at the front or the back of the pack that is held near the central fountain. Because until Soarin reopens, 90% of guests at RD will head straight for TT. And FP is up and running ,too. The line builds very, very fast. We do Single Rider to bypass the car building phase and get a leg up on the standby queue who get stalled at that point.

I would think you could expect standby wait times approaching an hour by 9:30.

If you're willing and able to do single rider you can get in and out of TT very quickly.

On our trip the week after Easter we had an early breakfast at Kona and arrived at Epcot as they were letting people in a little after 8:30. We were nowhere near the front of the pack, but by going single rider we got to the loading area before anyone had made it through the car design area. So they were loading single riders as fast as we could get there. My daughters had cars to themselves and I had one other person with me.
