Oh gosh Pam, thanks alot, send that rain this way It isn't near as sunny here today, but still nice temps.....

Right now, I don't have a ton of work to do, so I'm entertaining myself, just watch, I'll WANT to come play and work will come out of the woodwork

So, collectively we've lost 9 lbs.? is that right? that is awesome and I think we deserve a big ole BOOYAH for doing that

I bought some diet cranberry juice, cause cranberry juice is good for girls, bladder issues etc....well that stuff was so sweet that I thought YUCK...but today, I mixed it with some water, really cut it down and it was drinkable. Had some Weight Watchers cereal for breakfast, tasted like cardboard...LOL...not that I eat cardboard, but I think this is what it would taste like I have a small salad for lunch and fruit for both snacks today...this has been so good doing this with everyone else, it really makes me more accountable and on track...

sorry about the rain but my mommy always taught me to share!

Hey mic--have you ever had those chicken selections by banquet? I bought some this weekend and just had the roasted herb ones....they are pretty good. They have 100 calories and i think 3 grams of fat.

OHMYGOSH...Ed is really lost in the bush, look at all those people searching for him, glad we brought those peeps along to help find him, we never would find him in there by ourselves!!

I will check out those chicken thingys Pam. South Beach has some new items out too. I tried the chicken...its a pack of cut up chicken, cheese, a sante fe sauce (it's hot, I only put a dab or two on mine) and chipotle lime pita chips + sugar free jello. You get a little bowl to mix the chick/cheese/sauce in. Makes for a nice lunch for me, as I don't have to fix it, just open, mix and eat. I also got a cranberry chicken one, haven't tried it yet. SB wraps are good also. I'm not too crazy bout the frozen entrees. The pizza's are good too.

i'm not a hot person but i will look for the other stuff.

that chicken is NOT hard to make...you just put plastic over it and microwave it for 2 minutes.

All these young musicians among us...Trent with his sax and KS son's band concert.......let us know how wonderful they are Oldest son begged to play trumpet in 5th grade...lasted about 2 yrs. and wanted no more of it... I could have called that one

AI wasn't too bad...Jordin was awesome, I really am starting to pull for her. Blake I thought was too bland and he copped a 'tude I think over being critized by the judges. Melinda of course is still good...Phil nor Chris did much for me tonight and LaKisha is beginning to bore me also. Tomorrow will tell the tale.

Heather Mills finally got the hook on DWTS's...I wasn't rooting for her anyway...I've held it against her for hurting Paul anyway
