Awesome pics, Ed!! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

We were surprised this morning with an unexpected visitor while we were getting ready -- Ryan, at all of 19 months, figured out how to climb out of his crib and came in to see us this morning. :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: I don't know how he didn't kill himself??

LOL Bob, it's always amazing that first time they figure out how to escape...and then you'll never keep him in the crib anymore, those little boys are crafty

Still frickin' cold here...brrrrrrrr....

Momma, have fun teaching today...I bet you have fun! No real plans for me, gonna slip to town and finish up some odds and ends shopping, then get my house organzied and the tree prettied up.....my house looks like moving day, boxes all around, stuff everywhere...

I'm still playing nurse to myself, trying to avert a full blown cold...it seems to be working, so I'm hoping I give it the pink slip

Gant, thanks for the donuts (and why do I ALWAYS think of Homer Simpson when I say the word donuts :rotfl: ), I lke feeling special and that whole plate of those delicious little devils did it!!

Today has been a fun day, we are having some fun ( our office manager is working from home :Pinkbounc ), so are all relaxed and doing the bare minimum. Our handy man is assembling the Christmas tree so guess I'll be putting some ornaments on it this afternoon.

ocm - I just got back & I need one, already.

ed - hey, i recognize a couple picks from my home in there...did you eat @ WC in WL? Very nice pics of the family! Did the kids get to see the geyser (my fav)?

mic - brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

bob - how'd ya like the game last night?:teeth: Your poor QB could have used some help from his receivers, felt bad for him. Forgot to mention your houdini, scary isn't it?

back to the project, running w/some fast company I must say...I'm used to just treading water everyday.;)

:p :p :p I felt bad for him too -- he played pretty darn well, considering it was his first ever start, in a horrendously tough place to play, and they had all of a whopping 18 yards rushing.  The least they could do was to catch a few %#%^& passes. :badpc:

My brother was there last night -- in his Browns gear (he lives in Pittsburgh). :teeth:

Class went extremely well today. I really like the moms I taught with and the kids were pretty good. I think I like the toddlers and the two year olds better, but this was fun too.

I'm all stressed out with my mom. If I didn't tell you all before (I think I did) my mom wasn't nice at all when she was here at Thanksgiving. So, Christmas is turning into more drama.

What I don't understand is why when I end up standing my ground, do I feel so bad about it? :confused3

Sorry Momma, that your mom is making you miserable...that is NOT what Mom's are supposed to do :sad2: Standing your ground is good if you feel you are right, and she should respect your opinion, even if she disagrees. It is ok for Mom's and daughter's to disagree, but with respect for each other. Hope it all works out :grouphug: I always had a harder time standing up to my Dad than my Mom, but as an adult, we didn't see each other that much for it to be an issue, so we got along pretty well.

Ok, it's Friday evening, time to haul butt outta here...we decorated the tree here at work and made stockings with everyone's name on them....it was fun, we put the Christmas music on and it seemed quite festive.

I bet that is adorable...you gotta post a pic of it!!!

My NY's resolution will be to scrap next year :rotfl: which I believe was my 06 resolution...... :rotfl:

I'm cold, off to get under the covers to warm up...still fighting this cold off, and I want to win the battle

Howdy all!

It was a very crazy day here today so i didn't get here at nap time as planned. I did call the computer place and after a few words with him he told me to bring it back in and he will fix it right this time...i'll believe that when i see it

Anyway, off to watch some holiday cartoons with the kids...hope everyone has a great weekend!!

Still plugging away...

i've got to make 8 dozen cookies for the wedding tomorrow.

As if i needed confirmation as to my sanity or lack thereof, I'm trying a new recipie out;

some sort of tassies made w/a min. reese cup instead of nuts;

mixed the dough tonight & didn't use measuring cups.

It will be a miracle if they come out ok...never should bake when you're tired I suppose.

night!

Morning all!

Ks--how fun...i do love baking but never really do it as i seem to be the one who eats it all! if i lived closer i would come help ya!!

mic--got your tree decorated and everything put back yet!? What are your x-mas plans?

ed--forgot to tell you...i loved your pictures! :thumbsup2 Does connor have red hair? Your boys are so cute!! :goodvibes

ocm--have you heard anything on your computer yet? As far as your mom goes..don't know what the problem is but maybe you can come to a middle road and make everyone happy for the holidays?!

mac--are you going to your mom and dad's? Hope they settle everything soon.

bob--when noah decided it was time to become a monkey is when we switched him to a big boy bed...i was afraid he would fall and hurt himself climbing out of his crib. So is your dw back from her trip yet? Do you have all your holiday shopping done?

tony--you poor baby....it is so cold where you live!!! Suck it up! :teeth: I'm sure it doesn't get THAT cold in florida!!! :rotfl: Heard anymore about the possible move?

gant--got all your holiday shopping done yet? do i remember right...do you have the week of christmas off?

deena--how is your ds? hope he is feeling better!

Dave got asked to drive the town trolley tomorrow night for the City of Lights :rotfl: I told him to do it because it sounded fun. They called me yesterday to see if he still has his CDL. I think we may ride along as they don't get the trolley out anymore except at x-mas time. My kids have always wanted to ride on it.

We have a busy morning this morning...I get my haircut, Noah has basketball camp, Aubrey has tumbling. After all of that we are going back to Omaha to take our computer in and then finishing my xmas shopping completely! Just have a few odds and ins to pick up before i'm done..especially wrapping paper...ran out of it when i was trying to pass the time without you guys :guilty:

Have a great weekend everyone!!!

Hey Pammy....glad you dropped by..........oh, your weekend sounds fun! DH and I struck out early to do a few small errands...got my jewelry replaced that was supposedly never lost  :rotfl: , bought some little gifts, some stocking stuffers and went to Wal Mart for a few sundries and came out $110 poorer :joker: Now I need to buckle down and get busy...nope, non of what you asked is done Pam...LOL

Birthday party for co-worker tonight, so time is short, gotta run....have a good Saturday my friends

If anyone has a kiddo they need to buy for that has a GBA SP I got Shrek and Shrek 2 (the movies, not games) for $4.99 each at TRU. Not a bad little stocking stuffer and my boys like to watch cartoons and movies on theirs as well as playing their games.

Hey all I picked up my Kitties today we named them Mike and Sully after Monsters Inc. they spent most of the afternoon hiding between a stuffed Mickey and Eeyore they just came out now to eat and do a little playing, my boys are of course climbing the walls to try to get them to come out and play.

Hey Everyone,

KS - how did the pics turn out?

Mic - I never get out of Walmart without spending over 100. How was the party?

OMG!! How very cute. All that comes to mind is that scene from ET where they show you the closet when the mom walks in and you see him among all the stuffed animals. Very cute. Atleast they picked the Disney stuffed animals right? I love the names :thumbsup2
