Hi all...........woe is me...we took the kids back to BWI and saw them last walking thru security... 
they made final rounds of relatives today to say goodbye, and of course most of us ended up crying...I SWORE I was not going to cry this time, BUT as usual, my resolve just disintegrated 
We had a wonderful, but too short week together...I miss the noise and confusion already. I'm fighting a sore throat also, so my reserves are diminished and I just feel dang gone sad right now. I can't even type this without crying......I'm such a boo - b, I swear, I should be used to this by now. The airport was busy, but not jammed...waited a bit to check their lugguage but they sailed through security. They called my cell at 5:17 to say they were on the plane. They get back to PHX at 9 p.m. PHX time, or 11 here...so I will be anxious til I hear from them. They have at least 2 hrs. tacked on the 9 p.m. arrival...must wait for lugguage, have DIL's sis pick them up to pick up their vehicle at DIL's Moms...so I figure that whole thing with driving time to their home to be 1.5 hr to 2 hrs. The boys will be zonked, but they were happy to be able to see their doggie tonight 
SO on to other mishaps...was attempting to load pictures from my digital camera to the computer, hit the delete button by mistake
BUT the good news is, for a little $$ you can get a recovery program, download it and it will find the photos on your memory card from your camera!! So my mistake was a little costly, but I got the pictures back 
I've never done anything that dumb before, guess today was not a good day to be fooling around with it as I was distracted by being sad. It amazes me what is out there for people like me that mess up big time.......... 
We always had a real tree til 2 yrs. ago...could not find a real tree around these parts that suited us, our favorite place quit selling them, so we got a fake one. KS, I used to do 2 trees, a family one and then a Disney one...had to get rid of fake Disney one last year as it was pre-lit and the lights went bad, and I just didn't have the energy to replace it nor the time to decorate 2 trees. My Christmas was this week anyway, I had the best present a Mom/Grandmom could want, her family with her
