Cute kitties Ed....ahhhh...that is nice to adopt

Sounds like you had a fun time and were busy running around

KS, whenever I think of Fabio, I think about him getting smacked in the head by a duck or whatever it was while he was riding a roller coaster :lmao: :rotfl:

Well, I should be doing SOMETHING, but I can't get motivated...then come Thursday I will be like a mad woman running around here...think we are going to try the Dawg Wash today, it is a facility for giving poochie a bath, using all their stuff and it's like $10 bucks...beats me cleaning up the bathroom after I've bathed the furball......plus he likes going for a ride :goodvibes

Morning all!

Slept in this morning...and did it feel good!!! Can't remember that last time that I could sleep in and not rush around.

Heading to aubrey's tumbling soon and then not sure what is going on yet today...we need to go and look at dishwashers since we haven't actually bought one yet! I am sooooo sick of doing dishes by hand. I have actually bought paper plates and have been using them as our fine china

Hope everyone has a good Saturday!!!

Yay we finally got some cool weather here. I almost need a light jacket.

Tonight is Bunco night. Our them is Pink Panties (its a drink--of course!) and we are all wearing our jammies tonight. I hope I win big. Momma needs some Christmas money!!......and tuition money.......and bill money......and, well I think you get the picture :thumbsup2

Hope you win big Deena........... :cool1: ......remember your good friends too when you hit the bigtime

Spent the day cleaning...& visiting my friends @ walmart/sams...don't think i can handle the excitement.

mic - does poochie have ribbons in his/her hair? I did paint my keeshonds toenails once:teeth: . My oldest dog is a tuff one to give a bath. He hates water, we tackle him in the summer & give him the once over in a childs wading pool we bought 'specially for him. Will have to check it out & see if anywhere in my area offers this...my bathroom always smells like stinky dog for days after bath time. Our other dog (our poochie) is the exact opposite.:confused3
ed those kitties...so cute:love: , too bad I've got 3 already.

pam - i've given my dishwasher away...like to soak my hands in dishwater lol.

deena - hope you get lucky!

my dog wouldn't sit still long enough for me to paint her nails. We have a wash tub in our laundry room so that is where my poochie gets her baths :thumbsup2
I can't handle it with no dishwasher!!! Ofcourse I make breakfast for my kids, breakfast for the daycare kids, lunch for the daycare kids, snack for the daycare kids, then dinner for us...so that is ALOT of dishes to do in a day...i am not equipped to do that many dishes in a week!
We did look at some today...they only had whirlpool, kitchenaid, and some other brand i can't remember. I have been looking online to see what i can find.

Mic--would you investigate for me which is the best buy with your consumer report thingy??

OK didn't get those two they got adopted before I got there, I got these two instead we will pick them up when we get back from WDW.

The two yellow ones, you cant see the others face but he's there.

Hey Ed, congrats on the new furbabies, have the boys figured out names yet?

Well, we went to the Dawg Wash, and someone sure is making a mint off that idea! It was cool, you go into a little booth, it has a big washtub, with a sprayer hose, a machine that dispenses shampoo and conditioner, you have an apron to put on, brushes, eye wipes, ear wipes, a scrubber, towels and a blower to blow them dry. All that for $10 for my size dog. It was so nice to stand up and not break your back, not have hair flying around and then have to clean the tub and towels etc. I did let them clip his toe nails, so that added $7, but that is what the groomer charges also, so that was in line. I will take him back to the groomer before Christmas as he will need to be trimmed up, but I was happy with the experience, even if he wasn't...LOL. I wouldn't run over there all the time, its about 18 miles from here, but once in a while its an easy good thing to use.

KS, I did put his fall leaves banadana on him after getting him all spruced up!

Pam, good luck with the dishwasher picking...I picked me a new stove today, so I can get it all broke in for Thanksgiving! Getting the new fridge was much more exciting, the stove means cooking :p

ed--those kittens are SO cute!!! I use to have cats all the time growing up, but dave don't get into cats...so no cats for me! Dave's parents have a bunch of outside cats so the kids go out and play with them.

mic--congrats on the new stove! It does mean cooking but atleast it won't be so bad because you will be cookin' on a NEW stove! :thumbsup2

not sure where my new dishwasher deal is heading yet...you all know how i am about making decisions! :teeth:

oh forgot to say, guess what i bought tickets for today???

Next Saturday we are going to go to Disney on Ice...100 years of magic! :cool1: the kids are excited!!!

Everything's New!

appliances (mic...fire up that baby:thumbsup2)

kitties (ed...how cool to buy pets in pairs!)

pam (if i did that many sink-fuls of dishes, I'd go back to a dishwasher too)

In the dark ages we used to sterilize our baby bottles in them. Wonder if that's still recommended?

Night-ey-night!

Morning, once again, it's a day I can sleep in and guess what  oh well, at least I can take a nap if I feel like it

Raining and windy here, yuck

Going to get an early start and get out to Wal Mart, Sam's and get back home. I frittered yesterday away more or less and now need to step it up

The ice show sounds fun Pam, let us know how it is. It usually makes it to our area in February. Haven't been to one since the boys were little

Just pick a dishwasher, do a little reading and go for it. I tend to over analyze stuff too, and sometimes I find its better to just go with my first choice and instinct. You do a lot of dishes though so I know you want one that is sturdy and will last. I didn't go fancy on the stove, not a cheapy but certainly not one of those Pro jobs that cost way over a $1000...not in my budget I'm afraid. Just middle of the road. Now I have to pay for it :confused3 isn't that just the darndest thing you ever heard of ;) :p Gotta love Sears though, they always have the 12 months no finance charge deal going on, so I can pay for it on them :thumbsup2

Have a good day everyone

morning all!

I had a sunday school meeting this morning and found out that they were thinking about having NO christmas program :furious: after a bunch a teacher putting their heads together we decided that we all are going to have one...christmas is NOT the same without a church program :confused3

I think I am going to run to walmart to get a few things.

Have a good sunday everyone!!
