nope, no more wally world for me but we got the schedules for ball today i'm just sayin now...i will be lucky to be home one evening a week.

found out today that noah will get to go to cub scout camp and that bible school will be when we are in branson so i'm not sure what i will do for bible school this summer. They will either skip it this year or hitch on with one of their friends.
The kids schedule is full and that isn't even with swimming lessions for 2 weeks...i will be running for sure.

hello everyone in dis world.....

i did something stupid. well, i really did two stupid things today.

first i changed my password for a security reason. long story
then when safari was running slower than molasses, i let son at home "help" me

he decided to quit safari and it would not restart. then the ethernet light went out on my modem.

so of course i had to say to helpful son, what the hell did you do to my computer.

then he got mad and went back to the tv set telling me to fix it myself.

so i called sbc and was on the phone with them for 2 hours and 5 minutes.


apparently, i did not change the pw also in the system preferences. i forgot to do that.




it only took 3 different levels of reps at sbc and all that time to figure it out.
once i entered my pw in the other place, i was good to go.




now i forgot what i was going to say

Oh dear mac, computers are wonderful, but they have mind's of their own...and I can sympathize with you about your son...both of mine can pull that "what did you do now Mom" routine with me, torque me off and then I'm extremely motivated to just fix it myself, no matter what. Glad you got it all set to go, and now you can zoom around the net all day!!

Watched DWTS's last night, trying to keep awake, but finally around 10 said the heck with it, checked the baseball scores and hit the silk for the night...and here it is, another day...but one day closer to Friday Honestly, at my age, one should NOT be wishing their life away

Pam, you always have a jam packed summer, that comes with having kids and kids being in activities. Good luck keeping it all straight. Only one of mine decided sports was his thing as they got a little older, so it wasn't so hard running around.

Woke up this am & decided it's time to quit moping & just hope for the best for ma; dr. should call this am - hope to bring her home today. Nurses called me last night, evidently she was planning to walk home . She always gets disoriented in the hospital, didn't help that they 'forgot' to give her some of the usual meds she takes.

Primary election day, one of the 1st that i won't be working the polls (vote early, vote often )...life happens.

hey folks.....just checking in real quick. OCM is still very, very sick. Lee is taking off work to stay with her and I think he is going to take her back to the ER this morning. I spoke to her about an hour ago and she is not well. I'll keep you all posted as I find out more.

got the kids off to school a little early today....trent had to be at the high school by 7:30 this morning to practice for his band concert tonight.

I hope everyone get better seems we got ourselves a few sickies here. Hope everyone is on the mend soon.

ks--i watch AMC too....well usually just the last 1/2 hour of it but that is really all you need to watch to keep up with it. OLTL is getting pretty good now though.

Spring me PLEASE...as usual the saga continues here, the one gal who was from the temp agency, tested positive for you know what, got canned by them, immediately hired by owner here the next day, is out yet again today. I know people get sick, but she is either late, sick or something. I guess I take coming to work a little to serious...I always try to be on time, leave on time and show up. I have to be pretty sick to call out. In fact, my time here, I have never called out sick. And any days off, I've arranged or asked first. Whatever.......some people seem to get by in life by not following rules..it's sorta not my way

KS, I've watched all the soaps at some point in my life from ABC, NBC and CBS...even defunct soaps from years ago But my choice now is Days of Our Lives and I watch Passions, but it is being cancelled and moving to Direct TV...don't have that, so I guess my watching days of that show will end. I'm not real sad, it's hard keeping up with 2 of them when you tape them. We don't have SoapNet either, so no backup. I am going to a DOOL weekend event the first weekend we are out west. Saturday, the event is a lot of the younger stars doing a benefit for MS, and I'm attending and volunteering to help, so I'm a little excited about that, figure I'll get a little closer to the stars than normal by helping. Sunday is my favorites, Steve & Kayla characters. They just returned to the show after a 16 year away period, and back in the day, I watched them religiously, so this is a thrill to get to meet them. I figured this is something I might never, ever do again, so go for it. A bunch of us are meeting up in LA for this for the weekend. I'm very excited I know, my life is boring, but it is making me happy! DH will stay in Phoenix with the family...I'm only gonna be gone late Fri to early Mon.

Cameron 5 days a week and Ryan 3 days a week. We're keeping him in preschool a couple days a week so he's still around a lot of kids his age. Our neighborhood doesn't have a lot of kids close to his age, unfortunately.

saw the recap in local newspaper & was so surprised that Greenlee was mentioned. Wasn't Greenlee dead as a doornail? Then show up ala lazarus @ the wedding? Or did she go off to Paris?
Is janet-from another planet (luv that name ) the same actress who was on the show before with the split personality?

Think i'll start watching again, makes me feel positively normal - tune in tomorrow

okay in a nutshell:

the murderer ended up being alex cambiaus(sp) who was trying to get back at his son who is kendall's dh( can't remember his name right now) Yes, Bianca fell for that guy/girl and now is having a love affair
Greenlee I think decided to leave after she found out that kendall's baby wasn't hers but was ryan's and kendalls. She then came back...found out ryan was getting married and had him arrested for bigamy and that is where that story line is at.

Janet from another planet is still the same one. Adam just gave her crystal and tad's baby and she was suppose to give it to another couple who was going to adopt it but she ran off with it instead. the baby got really sick and amanda and jamie found her and saved the baby and janet got locked up again(i think)

that pretty much sums it up...doesn't take long...you watch about 2 eppies and you are back in the know!
