It was if you booked a garden suite at the BWI I think it was, you got it for less than a standard room as long as you booked it one night at a time but they fixed it.

actually you got the BWI suite, in my case w/a 1 day base tix for $72.51...a bit of a steal - during ALL seasons.

after reading how SSR was honored for $35/night over last Xmas I ignored the "good" angel on my shoulder & took the plunge...serveral times, with the hope to link them.

my credit card co. actually put a hold on activity on the one I was using since, they suspected fraud due to the numerous 1 day res. glad @ least they had their eyes open.

I can hear my mother now "...the road to hell is paved with good intentions". guess I'm damned for sure now...time to slowly slink away in shame.

The ones that got kicked out are still coaching somewhere. They just move to a new organization whenever they have problems. They usually fund the new team so they have somewhere to coach. The Hurricanes actually get to play their home games at the Rig (PHS stadium) because Coach Heath's son plays for the Hurricanes. I think the Texans actually got kick off the Dads Club this year for failing to pay their bills from past seasons.

Thats sad. I was on the board of the Texans one year when they were there. Well just say they dont follow the rules and the other board members let them get away with it. I got out.
I wondered why the Hurricanes got to play at the Rig. Heck they wouldnt even let the Texans use Presner stadium when one of my sons played with them. We could only play at East.
So far I like the FW club better.

ok.....it has been a very long day and tomorrow is not going to be any better.
stayed at school too long.
came home late and did errands.

have to clean out my closet to find some clothes for the trip.

now, just blew the evening off and playing with you guys here.



oh yea, mr mac called and he is not coming home tonight. hes staying in chicago and will be at work tomorrow.....

mr mac is not taking the news of my 14 day trip very well.
i don't think i will tell him anytime soon i have already made plans on a room at disney for september 07 already.........shhhhhhh, its a secret

and I promise, no flashlights, no asking for a drink of water or getting up to go potty tonight.......it will be a restful night for all.

I just have to say, and I don't know here who was interested in Steve Irwin, but that was a wonderful memorial service! It was so heartfelt and although I'm sure very sad, it was so upbeat and such a wonderful tribute to him and his love of his family and animals. The little girl Bindi is just a marvel...to get up in front of that crowd and give her little speech...she truly loves her Dad to do that, and is a child after his own heart...I see her carrying on his legacy. I'm just amazed at the poise of that little girl, what a sweatheart! Her Dad should be smiling down and so proud!!

I will watch the interview with his wife I'm sure...she looked so incredibly sad tonight on TV...I think she is really having a hard time coping with her loss. Isn't such love wonderful to have known?

Ok, done being sad and philosophical..........

We watched it tonight and I have to say that my boys are taking it REALLY hard! The loved watching him and they are sad that he is gone. He was so full of life and had a contagious smile. He will be missed in our household!!
