this would be the perfect time to go tping pam's house.



she's not home and i bet the dog is not there either........

the twins can walk into the kitchen.


i guess that was a poor choice of clean up rooms......sweets doesn't cook.



ks, yes, i cry too on the sons birthdays

it makes me closer to one foot in the grave when i think about it.

...and to think I thought I was depressed before . Keep telling myself it's all part of that great circle of life...yeah, & I've got some prime swamp land in FL leftover that Walt didn't buy for sale - cheap.

back from the doc and he did the surgery right there in the office.

no biggie i guess. it didn't hurt him a bit, only me.

turns out i have a clogged sweat gland on teh ball of the foot on the bottom.
i think that is what the area is called.

it is the part of the bottom of the foot where the toes are connected to the foot. is that call my ball??

anyhoot, he cut it out and then did that freezing thing.
i told him to stop but he said he had to do 3 applications.

i had a magazine in my hand at the time and i rolled it up and hit him on the shoulder when i said stop for the last time.

he took it quite well.

he said no one has ever hit him.
i told him it didn't hurt but got his attention alrighty..........


now i have a stupid ugly black ortho shoe of his to wear.


it will match my bad foot so i will now look chic.

mac - talk about one thing after another , hope it doesn't hurt later tonight & you "get back on your feet" no pun intended, quickly. I've never heard that one before - strange. I had cysts many years ago that had to be cut w/scapel couple different times until they quit growing back - felt like I had rocks in my shoe. did dr. tell you to soak your foot in betadine or anything?

officer jeremy! hope he enjoyed his day


i bumped into a pick-up truck yesterday. his bumper didn't have much damage.
my car got all of that.


body shop said they can make it look decent for $1300 instead $3500.
it's a station car. and i don't feel like buying a new car now.

so we'll get fixed and see if we get 3 more years out of the car

it's a 95 Taurus with only 55,000 on it!

Muffy, oh dear again, a fender bender for you...well look at it this way, at least it was the type of accident where no one was hurt (just your pocketbook a little) I'm sure you will stretch out a couple more miles/years on the car

It stormed and rained here this evening, but still hot and humid and I'm so sick of it.........give me fall, pleezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzeeee

Not much else happening...just watched BB and now think I'll just settle down to watch something I taped, then fall asleep....such exciting evenings I have.......but I got my laundry done that much less to do over the weekend

but the twins should be home today.

I went to bed with 5 pillows on my bed and woke up with 2 !! The other 3 were scattered all over the bedroom....would one of you care to tell me how they got there and what was going on while I was sleeping.....or maybe sleep was not going on in there last night......

have to go to the dentist.
he is so kewl, he gives me nitrious oxide to clean my teeth.





have to leave the house soon as i go to chicago for today's appointment.
his other office is in lake county but i took the first available opening.





and, the foot is stil attached to my leg.
that is a good thing.

TVT - one question, how many ducks were harmed in the making of those pillows?

Now there's a scintillating poll for the CB - what type pillows do you sleep on...down, feather, foam, or whatever your swiped from last WDW visit.

Now there's a job for my DS the pillow police @ WDW...wonder if I'd get a CM discount?

muffy - yikes! even minor accidents suck! I hear gorilla glue is great...hope they get it back ship-shape soon.

mic - I detest fall, all those dropping leaves makes me sad & gives me a headache (all those leaf blowers reving up, don't think anyone rakes any more)...would prefer to go straight to snow.

mac - glad your dogs are serving you well today. I wanna meet your dentist.

i was such a good girl, he gave me 2 toothbrushes for having my teeth cleaned.

KS, I love fall because of the falling leaves, the crisp air, colors and just all of it...I hate that it leads to Thanksgiving which I LOVE, and gets overlooked with the Christmas push the day after Halloween

Lunchtime my friends....

I tend to dread Thanksgiving because it's usually my responsibility to cook that holiday for a huge gang, then hit black friday shopping @ 5:00 a.m. the next day...I'm a lightweight.

I think the thing I hate most about fall is the fact that the kiddos go back to school, I always enjoyed having them around in the summer. I'm a beachy kind of girl, worship the sun & the water...how I wound up stuck in landlocked PA is bad karma man.

Evening friends.....

I sympathize KS, I love the beach too, and spent quite a few years living near the coast.....I miss my New England roots and here I is, living on a river......blech.......

Had a very busy afternoon at work, lots of little jobs to get done, so I wasn't able to drop by for afternoon tea........but my afternoon went by fast!! DH met me and we did Friday's for dinner and then stopped at Sam's to visit the old Uncle and actually got out of their with a low $$ spent... Mostly wanted fresh fruit and a supply of bottled fruit water...SO much cheaper than grocery store. I will hit the grocery store tomorrow though for some odds and ends.

It is still so hot........when will it end??????????????????????

Guess Pam & gang will be headed back to Nebrasky this weekend, their fun-filled week has probably flown by for them.......hope our twins stop by soon and give us a "hi"..........

Tony, you hitting the mothership this weekend? Or golfing?
