Don't take it personally...he probably just went out to get lei-ed.

The joke in my family as to cooking is I either "don't" & send them off for fast food - yesterday it was so humid; or I wind up making the "main" entree and & what my DS's call the "alternate" menu. Think I'm running a cafeteria @ times. They'd be happy eating the same 4 meals: steak, grilled chicken, hamburger & shrimp/crab in rotation. They like ham & turkey too. Usually make them @ least once a month.DH won't eat Pizza (?) & his only Italian selection is plain spaghetti w/a pat of butter, won't touch rice either. Got them eating chinese off buffet so they can cherry-pick the funny looking things out. Dad sends a fine example for the kiddos...& he wonders why the grocery budget is so high.

He probably did just want to get lei'd

I'm completely with your DH on that one. THe smell of Pizza and popcorn have got to be the grossest things ever. Eating it is even worse.
I don't eat tomato sauce at all, so maybe that is what it is. I'm all for picking over funny looking things at a buffet too!!

But, I'm not the best eater..as you can tell.

The kids do eat a lot of hot ham and cheese sandwiches here. They love those. :thumbsup2

My husband swears this is the one of the scariest movies he has ever seen. I'll take his word for it. I would have nightmares for a month if I watched a movie like that.

I watched Watcher In the Woods and was scared for 2 weeks. And that is a Disney Movie :sad2:

Then he had the nerve to tell me they were going to put a REAL bug that was down in the warehouse on my desk  Any suggestions on a good payback will be greatly appreciated :thumbsup2

I forgot about you guys talking about River Country...yes, we've been there...and when we were there, my oldest who I guess was 6 at the time, decided he wanted to go floating in the tubes by himself...and he did....we all walked all over that place looking for him!!

I also went off the big slide they had at the pool, it was like a waterfall you slide down and dropped into the pool...doesn't look high, but sliding down it was kinda freaky feeling
