mic - i'm fuzzy, do you have an anniversary soon? Which one? Hope you have a romantic time.

OC is about 6 - 7 hours from home depending on traffic. They left @ 3:00 a.m., so they made good time (too good) and got there around 8:00 a.m. Said they looked for over 3 hours before they found a place. There 1st plan of attack was a campground but, they were full. They're in an OF bldg, and it cost less than $600 for 3 nights so I guess they got a good deal. Didn't think anywhere decent would rent to kids under 21 though? I already told him his bag & clothing is getting sprayed & going in a garbage bag for a day or two before he brings it into the house. Ex is an exterminator, I've heard horror stories about un-invited guests being brought back from vacation. Must say I'm starting to hanker for a soft-shell crab sandwich. Wonder if I can convince DH to take a drive down the end of the month when he has vacation time? I can hear the "NO" now LOL. I did manage to bring last trip in under budget...everytime I go to WDW I spend less money than the prior trip.

Good thing to wait for the right one to come along IMO. Divorce is costly, mentally & financially. Think your boy's got the right idea.

KS, mac is right, you need to get feeling better real soon....a lot of stomach and "other" end virus has been around these parts too. Since I don't babysit anymore, or work around kids I get much less of that stuff

Yes, we have 2 birthdays and my anniversary #33 is 7/7. The anniversary of our thread and friendships is tomorrow! Mac brought us all together!! Some come and some go, but we have a core group that sticks together. Last year we had a trip down memory lane to celebrate...hmmm...might have to go look about for some fun stuff to laugh about

DH got a call-out to check a generator at the wastewater plant, so doggie and I rode along. Jules, I thought of you , I was walking my doggie around and I spotted a cute little brown bunny with a white cotton tail. Took awhile for buster to see him, but when he did, he chased him under a bush.. Don't worry, he is leashed so he never would have got him. Brave little bunny, he let us get pretty close before bolting.
