i spent part of this afternoon at the grave site of the dead uncle.
they did a lousy job on the grass seed.
i wil probably take care of that in a couple of weeks.


i started a new diet today and i am starved.
i think i will eat a couple of chalupas and say what the helll and just enjoy them.

Sesame Place is in Philly..I have a few friends up that way too. I did live there for 4 years, so I have some people I could meet up with. My really good freind from there moved back to St Louis, I really miss her.

i woke up at 7:55 this morning with a pounding headache. it is a doozer.
i think i caught it from deena.

i missed my hbp meds 3 days in a row but took them yesterday and really think it is blood pressure issue right now. i can't stand these headaches so i can't forget the meds anymore. i don't want to die. i have a trip to the motherland in sept.

muffyjo, yes, go back and read the last 10 pages, i believe the scouting party was out looking for you in some of them.
next time you take off, bring a note from your mom to excuse you for being late!!

ed, very sorry about linda's ms flaring up. i have a friend similar w/ ms and i know it is difficult at times. you are a good wonderful man ed. the best husband in these parts. yu are so good to her.

my head is pounding still but can't go to bed as i have to sit up once i take the meds. when will i ever learn........
