Bob--i was going to tell you that i am glad to hear that you have your surgery set up so you can get it over and be back to healing! Are you going to be okay for your trip in May?

I hate stupid drivers Mic. Last night my partners and I were working on our house we are trying to get on the market. We got through around 10 and we were starving so we went to IHOP. When we were leaving the person got in an old camero and tore out of the parking lot tires squealing and everything.
Uh....whats the freakin hurry? I was just glad there were no kids around.

Happy Birthday Mac DS!!

I may be the lone dissenter but I dont care for KK donuts. They have way to much glaze on the outside. We have Shipleys here and they rock!

NOPE! You arent alone on that. I dont like donuts in general, but Krispy Kreme are way too sweet.

I should be ok by then, yep. The doctor told me that I should be off work for 2 weeks for recovery, so by my calculations, it'll mean I'm back to work around April 24th, so I'll be back to work for two weeks and then off for our trip. :)

You are just missing us right? You are going the first week of May?

I get there the 12th and leave whatever the following sunday is.

Are you going to be there for Mother's day or are you leaving before then?

No, we leave before then -- we're heading home the 10th. We figure four days should be enough time for us this trip. Much longer and one of two things is probably going to happen -- either Ryan will meltdown or I'll end up killing my MIL (who's coming along  )

LOL! I wouldnt want to trade places with you. I took all three kids by myself in Oct and that was tough. I'm doing it again this trip, and as hard as it is going to be with a 5,3 and 1yo just by myself, I think it would be harder with my DH and MIL. :rotfl2:

You have my sympathy.

Ooooooh, road trips :cool1: where we going?

I dream about Krispy Kremes glazed donuts:love: when they're hot, they slide right down.
Bob - yikes, surgery, good luck (hope you get some good pharmacueticals).

We are going to Disney World. But, not at the same time. I think I would scare Bob away. I have that effect on people. :rotfl2:

Im going with a bunch of people on the 12th of May - the 20th

Then, Im going back to Disney May 29-June 2nd (or something like that.)

Then, Im going in July. My DH is actaully invited to this one, since it's his 30th.

Then, Im going to meet up with one of my friends in Oct

And then again in Dec, Im going to meet up with some friends.

I guess its a road trip. Its about an 8 hour drive but when I take the kids its about a 10 hour drive. So, I think when I do the drive by myself, I'll start at 8pm stop at midnight, then get up at 4am and go the rest of the way.

sweetlovin' - OMG, you'd probably qualify for FL resident rates, hope you got an AP! Lucky duck! (long duk dong) - cannot get that out of my head, sorry!

I'm so jealous, always said it's a good thing we live too far away to comfortably drive or I'd be there once a month.:thumbsup2

The older we get, the more we hate long drives. Gotten to the point when driving to Myrtle Beach w/our kids that we take 2 days for the 12 hour drive down (the whining does take it out of you) but, drive straight back. Amazingly, it usually only takes 10 hours to get home. Must be more pedal to the metal.

We've wondered how long it would take from Dillon/Myrtle Beach to reach Orlando. Thought if we ever did drive, we could stop there for a day or two.

I've done the 10 hour drive with all three kids. It was great, but Sammie has been doing that drive since she was 2 days old. So, I guess they are use to being in the car.

the bell rang........i'm home.

happy anniversary ed.
hope she gets you something neat. :thumbsup2
