Happy Mother's Day Eve to all the Mom's here...

Sorry mac you are sending son on a journey, but if it is for a good cause, it should be worth the sorrow.

I plan to sleep late tomorrow, and as KS said, put those men to the test with cooking. We will go out and make Mother's Day rounds early, as I plan to do nothing tomorrow, or if I do something, it will be my choice what it is!! Nothing special around here, we lay low on most holidays, choosing to just stick around the house. I can't stand trying to eat out with everyone else in the state...... so we save that for a more quiet day.

I think at 1:30 a.m. you were on your own mac... I was fast asleep by then

Been kinda lazy one, watched a movie on TV, just now got out of the shower and we are off to do our MD rounds...

Hope everyone has a happy day...our's will be laid back...nothing special but nice to be here with my "men"..

looks like the others slept in this morning, which can be a good thing.


i am trying to decide what to get for dinner tonight.
and then i have to leave for the grocery store to go buy it.

think i will keep it easy and just do a meatloaf today.



are any of you having constant rain the last few days?
it drizzeled then sprinkled all last night. the thing that annoyed me was it wasn't enough to keep the windshield wipers on and then when a truck passed me, needed the wipers at a fast speed.

well, i went to kmart awhile ago and bought some tomatoe plants and potting soil.

think it is going to sit in the back of my van for a few days. too tuckered out to do anything with it.

i'm working tomorrow and going to hit the hay early tonight.

Hey you mommies!

Taking another break. Just got back from Wal-Mart, had to return the steaks I got yesterday to feed the troops today. Opened them up & pooh-stinky...gross!

At least this batch looks better, feeling sort of green from breakfast this a.m. - think the eggs were bad & the smell of the meat put me over the edge.

I'm skipping dinner & going straight to the strawberry shortcake. If I'm going to get sick again after I eat, might as well be after something good.

We made our rounds, had dinner, and supposedly, I'm going to veg for the rest of the evening, but here I sit, I've been on the phone with my Mom, and then my son called, so it's been non-stop all afternoon....as usual..

Is today Matthew's birthday? I swear, I get the dates mixed up...if it is....

Thanks for the birthday wishes. my baby boy s 16 today!

David and I got him an Ipod--30 gb for music and videos. He seems to really like it.

David, Evan and Connor gave me a $25 Michaels gc
Michael got me a NIN cd and Matthew got me a Korn cd.

Ohhh Evans class made the cutes breakfast in bed pack for moms. A box a juice, a cereal bar, a napkin with a handmade napkin ring that said HMD and had Evans picture on it. It's so cute.
