back from the doc and have to pick up some meds in about an hour.

looks like i missed mic. that working gal now really is busy.


when i came home, i found a CAT between my two doors..........
and its the best type of cat. you don't have to feed it or clean the litter box up...............it just sits there looking pretty......

good thing it is that kind of cat. i would hate to see what it would have done to the doors trying to get out!

well, the Dell dude came and fixed my computer, only an hour later than he said...........when he called the other night to set the appointment I said "can you find the street, our town is rather crazily laid out"....and he assued me "oh yes, I'll be fine".............well the phone rings, "are you sure your house # isn't 111 instead of 11"...ummmmm after 28 years here, I think I know my house #............duh so anyhoot, he put in the new part and so far so good, the processer is so much quieter...but I will be ing to make sure it is ok.........guess he really isn't the Dell dude, just some contractor for them....I figured I paid for the extended warranty I may as well use it..

glad Adam is back and I'm sad you all got invited to sit with Ed on the beach but that's ok, I'm good at sharing and don't begrudge him lounging with you girls.... Doubtful I will be popping on at lunch any more, we are getting the deluge of lunch forms in and when she goes to lunch I entered a few of them today...I'm slow cause I don't want to make a mistake.........

I'm tired this evening, didn't sleep well last night and couldn't get to sleep right away..........I think I drank a diet coke too late and it had caffeine in it...I forget the Splenda Diet Coke is caffeinated...........

Ok, will check back a little later......gotta fix the other 1/2 some vittles...he doesn't know it yet, but he is getting a microwave dinner tonight....

gas prices, ugh......right before town, $3.10/a gal.
in town hasn't increase yet but will later tonight. its only $2.80/gal right now.


well, i picked up my meds.
the antibiotic was ungodly......$277.xx......for 20 pills
and of course he threw in the dope for me. that one was cheap.
and of course i broke that bottle open when i got home........

speaking of smart alec kids, i got called to work next wednesday for the 8th grade L.A. class.
i was so excited to work when i got the call but now not sure.
it might cut into my computer time here.

Hey mac, I see very few kids in my job...if a parent stops by the office with the free/reduced forms to drop off, they may have little ones with them, but we are far removed from the schools....there is one I drive by that is kinda near our building. We have a warehouse attached to us, and purchasing and also the big old food service freezer..........brrrr.....its cold in there....

We do get some huffy phone calls from parents though.........

Heck yeah, I know you have priorities.......same as mine.....computer time, test thread buddies FIRST.... then family, then Disney, and at the end of the long list of priorities....work...

Mac - I got it today. Just thought I would tell you. And sounds like the cat was a great gift!!

Mic - glad your computer got fixed. Make you wonder, a guy that can fix a computer but cant read a house number. Hope you get some sleep tonight, stay off the caffine.

Ed - I forgot to answer you. I havent started packing, but I started thinking about it. Does that count?

Pam - are your kids back in school yet? How does bob like her teacher?

Deena - did you ever switch Evan out of the class? Or are you still with the teacher that talks to everyone as if they are 4?

Adam - Hope you hd a great trip. Let us knwo all about it when you get time.

I haven't, but i am worried about him. I know all west and south of us is under major tornado warnings and I wonder if they gat hit at all with the storm. I just hope he is ok.
