count me in....it has been years since I have actually pulled an all nighter but I am all up for trying!

the last time you pulled an all nighter was probably when the babies were first home from the hospital..............

For me it was the company Christmas party last weekend.

Nope! My kids have always slept good...even when they came home from the hospital....it was like clockwork.. every 4 hours!

The last time would have to be in my teen's early 20's...there have been some late nights or should I say early mornings but not all nighters!!

now to start shopping tomorrow. want to do it then and avoid the crowds on saturday/christmas eve.

have to work in the cookies sometime tomorrow as son needs them for work at 9 on saturday morning...... where has the time gone?

My 2 little friends that I used to babysit came by this evening to visit us...ok, they were looking for their gifts... but it was good to see them....they felt very lucky to get to see us.....they misbehaved this afternoon and mom went off the deep end.....spanked their patooties, washed someone's mouth out with soap for back talk and sent them to bed!! So, when they got up, they called and asked if they could still come over, so they did...I loved seeing them as its been awhile.......

I'm ready for bed.........yack....I woke up too early this morning, now I'm tired......at 8 p.m.

I'm around, just trying to finish some stuff up so I don't have to do anything over the next 2 days. Then Christmas, then major cleanup efforts.

Kild--i know what you mean by clean up efforts! I am sitting here looking at my tree with all the presents under thinking how much paper are on those things! Oh well, atleast the kids will have fun unwrapping!

I am pretty much done with my x-mas shopping for another year. I just have dave's parents left...what do you get someone who has everything and if they do happen to need something they just go out and buy it for themselves?!?! I am thinking gift card...does that sound tacky for parents?

I keep thinking today is friday! not a good thing to do when you have one more day of work left! I did survive my 12 kids today though.



Glad ocm made it safe! I bet the weekend is going to fly for her...she is going to be so busy from sun up to sun down it will go by fast i am sure.

mic--tired smired.....you don't have to work in the morning...remember you have it off...come play with us. Let's practice for that all nighter.

Kild, I'm a relative newbie here and everyone seems to have adopted me but I must say, there have been a few times that I look at your posts and almost spray my computer screen (with a beverage, that is) by laughing so much. You have a marvelous way with one-liners. Merry Christmas.

And what's this with all the baseball talk in December? I believe I was the only one on this thread that supported a WORLD SERIES PARTICIPANT this past year? What's with all this Yankee and Red Sox stuff? I mean, I have much more respect for the Cardinals because they play in a real league all year!

I was supposed to be at a town planning board meeting tonight but when I got there there was a note that said it was cancelled. So, instead I went to the local high school wresting match. It was pretty sad because our wrestling program is usually top 5 in New Jersey but this is a definate off year and we got an old fashioned ***-whoppin.

Anyway, I might be on for a little while longer but then it's beddy-bye time. I have a wake to go to tomorrow (a good friend of mine lost his wife (age 45) to cancer on Tuesday.) They have a 6 year old boy in the mix so "Santa" (me) will be showing up on Christmas Eve at their house (I've played Santa for the last 16 years). Please pray that Santa will have the right answers to any difficult questions Kyle may have for him that night.
