Sorry for not being around. It's been crazy here with the year end work (employee reviews) and attending the high school football championship game with my daughter (our team won the championship 15-6 bringing the record to 12 wins against 0 losses). Doing holiday party DJ gigs and shopping. I finally went to AAA yesterday and sat down with an agent. I booked Caribbean Beach Resort for our vacation January 11th through the 17th. (all of the monorail resorts were booked) Now I have to decide if I want to do the dining plan or not. I know that I would get my money's worth out of it but I do not want the dining reservations to become our master schedule. Since we have the little one, we will probably be going by her schedule instead.

Anyway, back to the grind. I hope you all have a wonderful day.

They're frozen drinks, of course -- not that they started that way, but the second I head outside they will be (it's all of a whopping 8 degrees here)

LOVE, LOVE the photos Pam, what a cutie......and MAC, for a teacher, you gotta learn to read what Pam posts, "Noah is the 5th FROM the right".... not on the right you silly girl, I love teasing you, cause I know you will give it back to me....have a good one at work today....keep the hooligans in line....school was 2 hr delay here, just an inch or two of snow, roads clear, just had to clean off cars...ice underneath too....blech...I hate ice, I always worry about falling......and someone seeing me fall....

Mile High is a British show mac about a bunch of 20 somethings who are attendents on a British airline....in fact the nickname for the gals are "trolley dollies"... It is sorta like a weekly soap opera....I'm really getting into watching it though. There is another series too called "Bad Girls" that is about woman in a prison...need to DVR the back episodes I've missed this weekend when they reshow them all, looks like a good show too. The British are so much less inhibitated than us, makes for spicey viewing.....

Bob, thanks for the drink! I need one to get me through this holiday season...

Adam, isn't it fun planning? I can see where you are coming from about the dining.......it was a fun thing to try/do, I'm glad I did it, BUT it is a whole lot of eating (which with the little ones, not always advantagous) and you are right, you plan around your dining schedule alot, so as to not take advantage of what you have paid for. Think it over, you will do the right thing for you and the family. Don't need a nanny do ya? I'd love to tag along........

Morning all! It is flippin' cold here today....-4 out right now with snow on the ground as you all saw from my pictures. We are suppose to get more snow and the temps are suppose to stay cold until this weekend. So the way I see it, is that by the weekend you all will be having the yucky weather I am getting now!

Dave is off this week so I have been able to stay inside...made him take Aubrey to school today. See, I'm not so blonde afterall am i?!?! No, he wanted to since he doesn't get to very often.

Adam--that sounds like so much fun! How old are your kids again? I totally agree with you about the dining plan! We always plan around our ressies when we have them so I can't imagine how much you would work around the dining plan!


Mic--you crack me up! Better watch it though....mac is quick witted and I am sure she will give it back to ya when you aren't even expecting it!

Bob--I like frozen drinks too! Well, come to think of it.........i like any(well almost any--not to keen on the real hard stuff) drinks!

the bell rang and only a few more days to work this week, wed/fri and that's it for me. taking the car in on thursday morning so i could work a half a day then.


guessing ocm didn't make it back home yet.

pam, i get my transmission worked on thursday. only working tomorrow and friday.

then......

on monday, i go to st louis area to see the folks.
on wednesday at noon , i leave there and drive to macomb (near iowa) get a hotel room and spend the night.
thursday i pack todd up and drive back home.

friday i work. that is the last day of school until jan 3

so for and during christmas school break, i chauffer sons back and forth to work.

around january 12, i drive the son back to school......


i'm up for meeting you halfway in january if yu could swing it pam
