I'm also going on a 4 day weekend trip with the family to Watkins Glen for a car race starting tomorrow. I hope all is well. Hopefully, things will simmer down next week.

i am starting to get so busy..........
have to see uncle sam as mic calls it and then write out what to do with it once they look at it when i am in orlando.
yes, bright sons but helpless........mommie always does everything. but that's because i want to. i do what wasn't done for me.


i figure that i don't know anyone in florida so if my shorts are too big, i don't care............i am not out to impress anyone , just want to get away from my troubles and stress and have fun.

didn't get the call from the doc yet on the son for the lab results.
crossing my fingers it comes tomorrow. i may have to keep it to myself as i could not do this trip if he knows. i will tell him after i get back.
maybe i am being selfish but i have never had time by myself and i need it.

wish me pixie dust and give me prayers on this one friends.




anywho, on a lighter note, i am starting to get a little excited for my trip. i can't believe i am actually going to go to orlando alone. cousin , i think, cancelled his plans with me. i mean, i only called him 20 times and left messages, sent him 18 emails and i called his dad.........no replies yet.

he might wait until i am in orlando before he calls me.
for back up i did order a car for transporting me to universal and back to the airport.
i signed up for the magical express bus. hope its not a loser.


i will come back and yak to myself in a bit.
i need to forge for food.

Adam, I've been missing you, glad you stopped by, but sorry you are so busy...I know the feeling...I'm living in a sea of forms right now....I have nightmares about white papers and filing cabinets..........

Hey mac, it may be fall, but it supposed to be 90 degrees here tomorrow...at least the humidity is low....yikes. I WANT FALL....our boss even said we could wear nice shorts for the next few days.....YIPPEEEEE....can be nice and comfortable. The ditz I work with says its cold in the office all the time and if those of us that enjoy the air-conditioning keep it so cold, she will put her heater on under her desk.... I'm sorta glad this is a temp job, I could see her and I butting heads really quickly.............

Deena hasnt left yet, but she is FIXIN to leave soon. She was packing pictures and important documents. UPS still hasnt closed, and she doesnt want to leave him behind. So, she is hoping to leave tomorrow.

California that has to land in LAX with bad landing gear....hope all those people are put back on the ground unharmed

That pilot did a wonderful job about getting the plane back on the ground.

Since my kids still arent up, I am going to turn on the news for a little bit and watch Rita.
