it's a good thing all of you taught me how to share..........i don't like to share my computer.......well, we have different computers but share a modem dsl line..........the wirless router had a glitch so now we share.




is pam working the pizza joint tonight??

no she can't,,,dave is out of town camping with noah........
well, maybe she took the other two with her to work.

you know this conversation i am having with myself could go on longer if i didn't have to give up the computer line...........

nope not working tonight--won't do the pizza work until next tuesday--finally got my butt there to sign up for a couple of shifts. It is just to nice here to stay in the house. we went for a walk and just played outside then it was time to come in and do the shower/bath thing. Just caught the tale end to see that my yankees lost.

dave just checked in and all is well at the camp grounds--glad it is him and not me!!! my idea of camping is a nice comfy hotel room!

anyway, i think since you all are gone i am going to go and catch the news and get some zzzzzz's--i'll check in in the morning! g'night all!

I am here. I have a list of things I need to get done between today and tomorrow.

I am going to hire someone to clean my house next week. I think I am going to start at least having someone come 4 times a year. Then, maybe more permanant. But, I just cant do it and my parents are coming in with the kids next week and then school starts in a little over a week. So, I need to get my act together.

deena--when does school start for you guys? I think i asked you that too but can't remember for sure--did you say like the 16th?

ed--are you still doing all the house projects you use to talk about or you got those all done? isn't owning a house so much fun? actually it is when you get it the way you want....until something goes wrong!

anyway kids should be here in a few minutes...taking 2 a few minutes early today as their mom has a meeting this a.m.

Sounds scary....LOL....hope they got their ticker ticking and brought Oreos to mac...........yum...good late night snack........have you tried the p-nut butter ones? I've had them at the house but never got to try one........vultures swooped in and ate them all...

Oh Ed, I love your outfit, but red and yellow stripes will not do a body good...they tend to make you look "bigger"......... now on the other hand Homer's dress will look great for a dinner out..

Has cooled off a good bit here, it is only in the 70's this morning, but I think a little humid, I say I think as I have not stuck my head outside yet to see...but it beats getting up to 90 degrees first thing. Everyone around us got storms last night, all we got was dark skies and some wind, no rain...

The only cleaning person we have and I do come in.......from the car and outside ....is me. That is wonderful you can get someone to do that for you.........don't be like me though, I had a girl do some cleaning for me years ago when I was working, and I always had to clean before she showed up........ guess that is NOT the purpose of a cleaning lady.

Pam, have fun today, don't lose any kids....glad the boys are camping and having fun......I agree, camping out should be at a motel on the beach with a view...............

Pam - sorry about not being able to hire someone to clean your house. It's just that I already pay for someone to clean the DC house and now this one too. Three houses migh tbe a bit much to justify to Lee.

Guess your Mom got hit with those storms last night...it looked like it could be down DC way, as it was really, really black looking down the river from here...and that is south towards DC....areas north of us in the county got it too....we get some doozies here too, but for the most part, it ends up going around us. If I am on my front porch, there is a mountain ridge across the river in front of us, and lots of times those mountains stop bad storms from hitting us. I really wish we had gotten some of the rain though, we need it. Hope your Mom and kids are ok and they get them "turned on" sooner than a couple days.............

When are the kids due to come home?

oops....to answer Pam, I start work on 8/16 and I think work 3 days that week. School starts here the 25th I think.......guess I'll be keeping up more with school days than I have for a few years now.......
