so many posts, where to start to comment.

ocm, you will be very very happy to have the surgery. i didn't tell you the other day but will now.
one of my friends had it done and it was covered under medical necessity as it effected her back tremendously. think dolly parton with 7 cup sizes larger.

she lost if i remember correctly, about 17 pounds after the surgery, that was with the liposuction and breast removal. i am talking the two days after surgery here. the first week was very hard on her. she bruised more than she should have but after that 7 days, she felt sooooooo much better. she had indents in her shoulder where the straps dug in. that alone made her feel better once it was done. she had more surgery than probably needed but what the hay, i am not a doctor and her doc did what she requested. she went from full blown watermelons to a 34 B.........real big change for her.

it ended her visits with the chiropracter. she has never regretted it. she had it done when she was 33 years old.

now, the clam chowder, i would rather die than eat that. also, would die if i had to eat anything in a bread bowl. going to check that menu list again.

big river grille. i just got done reading a long thread about that place on tour guide mike. i don't think you will miss a thing. from what posters said, it is a heavy drinking place and loud. food was considered average. i read 18 posts about that place and most said, don't bring kids there and don't go if you are bothered by a lot of alchol and loudness.
\you don't drink so it wouldn't be any fun for you. food there i was told is heavy on the fried stuff. it is not a place i will go to. if any of you out there have been and loved it, remember, i am not talking from experience, just from the threaad i have been reading.

pam, how hard is hard? something to think about.

good that you got the ard ocm. maybe it will be a lighter time for you and lee when you go. i found when i went once around labor day that it slows down and less crowds the day after labor day.

i was told by a cm on dining today that the sept hours will be up early july.
that i should call back around the first week of july to book ard, which i still call ps....
she said that crt for dinner will take ressies up to 9 pm as a last sitting when the sept hours are posted. i am trying for cindys then.

ok now, what did i forget?

i agree with mic--i am sure you will find something to eat there.....if all else fails......order a kids meal! the kids always seem to like them! :teeth:

normally i would pam and order a kids meal but i am on a mission from God and have to try new stuff and especially if it is expensive..........got the dining free you know.

for any one that hasn't booked yet........the last day you can hook up and get the free dining with the package is sunday july 3. the cm told me today that they have a limit on the number of packages they will sell with the free dining. just a heads up there.

oh, almost forgot to tell you this.

i was reading a thread on tgm and someone was complaining about spirit air changing the flights after he booked. he dragged his saga out but it made me think i should check my itenary with spirit.

i log on and find that the ******* fare dropped again...........spirit changed their policy mid june where you have to pay $40 to do a change now.
so, the fare would have to drop at least $45 before any sensible person would put in for the voucher and dropped fare.

anywho, i saw that the business class on my flight back was $35 cheaper than my coach fare !!!
i call spirit and ask if i could switch over to the business class and they could keep the money they would owe me. also said i should not have to pay the $40 change charge since i am a loyal customer.........blah blah blah.....

she tells me i can switch to business from coach and get a voucher (difference in fares) that has to be used within 12 months.
she said why not go first class both ways. the flight down is higher business class than coach but if i did it rt , it is only $26 more total thats with the tax and fees.

i bought it...............for $26 more total, i get to drink all i want and eat all i want and have big leather comfy seats. only 10 seats business class......
only once before i went 1st class and that was before kids......and this hubby.

wait......i don't drink.....and who in blazes wants to get looped at 7:30 in the morning..............well, its still big comfy seats.........

edited to note: they waived the $40 change fee.....

WOW MAC!!! YAY for you. That is awesome about the big comfy seats!! I would pay 26 more for that too.

And thanks fo rthe tip about BRG. I wont go there at all. I might try Grand Floridian Cafe, but it looks a lot smaller and intimate. Again, We'll see what time we get there.

What I didnt realize, I thought you had the meals for the number of days there, but you dont. You have it for the number of nights. SO..if you are on a 5 night/6days..you only get five sit down meals and 5 snacks and 5 of the counter service. Yes, that is not a problem for me, but for Lee I didnt realize that. So, Yatchmans Steakhouse requires two dinning selections, not one. Good thing we are leaving early Tuesday. Maybe I can get Lee to take me to the Grand Flordian Cafe Thursday night for dinner. Or maybe we will jsut eat cheap. LOL!

I really want to take Julie to CRT In Oct. I need to find a time that I can do that. But I am going to take her to that and Nico to Chef mickeys to celebrate their bdays. Hopefully, Lee's mom will want to go too and even better, hopefully she will want to pay. :teeth:

ocm, you can use the dining coupons on the day you check out.

the cm told me today that even though i check out on friday oct 7 (to go to HRH), i can use a dining coupon at chef mickey, park fare, etc for breakfast.

the dining coupons like the tickets, expire at midnight on the day you check out.

i have grand floridian cafe on my list now. anyone out there in test land eaten there?

just reread your post ocm.

for me, i won't be using all of my dining coupons.

i wil get at the hotel hopefully around 1pm.
going to ohana for 5 pm ressie...........won't be using the counter service or snack options on first day.

on my second day, the counter service lunch is provided by the mouse.
won't be using a cs coupon that day either.

on the day i go to mnsshp, i won't be eating breakfast or lunch. doing LTT at 5pm.
on the days i sample at F & W event at epcot, i won't be doing lunch on those days.

i will have dining option coupons left over.

now if i could find someone cute.........i would take em out to lunch or dinner while i am there......that would solve on how to use up the dining tickets.

YUM.........I make the best roast beef ever..........and MY secret you ask..........after cooking for close to 30 years and trying every roast receipe known to man, my DIL pointed me in the right direction....so if she ever fails to still be my favorite DIL...she has earned a spot of honor for sharing this receipe.........it was delicious and although I didn't eat any, I made mashed potatoes, corn/green beans and carrots and gravy........ain't I something?????????

Mac, what are you talking bout?? you are first class all the way and you are just going to be flying in the seat you should be in to begin with......... :flower: Clam chowder is good when its made right, I've made homemade and its very good......and you say you won't use all your little voucher thingies....at least get a soft drink or water to take back to the room with you.....you'll figure some way to use them up.

Deena no longer has to whistle :rolleyes1 Dixie.........she is the gal of the hour.

Momma, all your places to dine sound fab.................YIPPEE.... :cheer2:

Pam has some cool stuff picked out for the little K's too....I can't wait to hear how surprised those kids are when they find out where they are headed

Hey now Rave, nothing like a nice mimosa with breakfast ;) .

!st class! Wow thats pretty snazzy. I would love some nice comfy seats, however for now I just need to stick with SWA and go on the cheap. When we dont have to buy tickets for 7 maybe David and I can upgrade, lol.
OMC If I were you at 90 days I would just call every am til you snagged CRT. Then just change the plans you already have around it. Those are hard to get.

Wow, Rave I didn't know mimosa grew on trees :teeth: . Mom told me about the reunion, I'll be here tomorrow, unless something unforseeable happens ;).

Ok now I do hope someone's around because I need help. What color should I dye my hair? I need to know in twelve hours. I'm torn between blonde, red, and brown. I'm afraid brown might be too boring for me, I was thinking darker since I'm naturally pretty light and that might not look to good either. Ok so it's mostly blonde or red. I liked myself with red hair, and I do kind of miss it, but I was just so bored with it. I don't know if I have the guts to go blonde. I haven't been blond in years, and it might just shock the heck out of people (not necessarily a bad thing ;) ). I'm just not feeling the blonde though. My other two options are strawberry blonde, (which I also was before and liked) and just red highlights. I'm afraid strawberry blonde is going to be to close to red for me. My issue with the red highlights is that my hair has a bit of golden/reddish tones in it for dying it brown after being red so long, and I'm afraid the highlights won't show up too well. I wish I had more money, then I'd get my hair dyed brown and then highlighted red, or maybe dyed red and highlighted blonde . . . hmm :confused3 .

Ok, now that I rambled . . . someone help me please. I'm sooooo lost.

hey lucy i'm home...............

last leg of the paper route for me tonight. and here i am and everyone is probably asleep.

i will let you be for now.
getting up early to start the dialing for dollars, no wait that was a tv show...its dialing for dining.....

good morning......its friday...........let the memories begin!!!

i love you all

thanks for the great year............
