ocm, thats grand you have your ressies in place..i still haven't received my confirmation letter from disney yet and i made it march 6.

mic, smooch in the dark while you are in the movies.......just make sure you know who you are making out with and also, make them share the popcorn..

son #2 just came back, he threw up and don't think he is going to work...rats, he just left ten minutes ago.

i will be back later. have to tend to the fam here.

Well, I am hoping to get the AP rate nce that comes out so I dont owe as much as I do right now!! ;) But as of now that is the game plan.

two sons home. guess we will be fighting over the computor later.
one has to be at work at 7 in the morning so the other i will just over power and get my way......

ap rates usually come out a couple of months before
they usually hit around early to mid august for late sept trips. twice i have been able to snag them. this year, a cm told me the ap rooms might be far and few between. with disneyland 50 anniversary, wdw is getting more ressies without special packages.

i have my fingers crossed for you ocm.

We are home, we had an enjoyable evening...although an early one...I LOVED the movie, it was funny, I laughed alot out loud and it was a story about true love.......ahhhhhhhhhhhh......but even hubby enjoyed it and thought is was funny. I do think (sorry mac) that Red Sox fans will "feel" the story more, as it is about having an obsession with the team............but any hoot, we like it....and yes, I did eat the Brownie Obsession, although I got 3 spoons and shared..................... ;)

I'm baaaack!!! the carnival was a zoo like i thought it would be. The kids did there things and then wee left. I did get a little walk in then i went to the dreaded grocery store for milk. Now i am here......finally! :teeth:

I remember those carnivals and such with the boys, they always were busy and crowded....but fun..........glad it went well..

Mic - I am so sorry I missed you last night. We ended up renting Ladder 49, so I watched the whole thing, (I normally fall asleep if it is too late at night) but I fell aslep right after.

Glad you enjoyed your outing with your family. It is nice to get out and enjoy each other once in a while.

Pam I am glad your kids had a good time at the carnival. Glad you were able to leave early.

good morning friends......its SATURDAY, you know, the sleep in day......which i didn't get to do. son #2 had tobe up at 6 to go to work for a meeting. then he will be soon be back and then back for regular work at 3.

son #1 has to be at work at 11 so he will be up very soon and off.
he is working 63 hours this week.......won't be seeing much of him this week, and when i do he will call dibbs on the computer.

hoping all of you have a very good weekend. maybe i will get to turn my furnace off on sunday for the day. supposed to be in the mid 60's here!
yay spring has sprung for a day.

i could have signed on the computer at 5:30 this morning but my get up and go has up and gone...............tuckered out.....

i will check back later.

 one cool
mic, did they share the popcorn?
pam, did it make you want to run away and join last night and be a carny person instead of a pizza person?

Morning friends....and it is a good one, sunny and bright again, although not as warm as earlier in the week...yikes, it was high 80's on Wednesday! Hope we actually have spring and don't go from winter to summer...... :sunny:

mac, hubby always get popcorn, but I rarely eat any....so to answer your question, yes he shared, I just say no thank you.....and can I just say I can't wait for that little movie to come out on DVD....I really liked it. I want to see Ladder 49 too momma, did you like it? Guess so if you stayed awake ;)

the house is quiet, when I got up dh was gone to work already and my son snuck out too, did hear dh this morning, but did not even hear son...he will be gone I'm sure til late tonight. Not sure what I'm going to do, I'm still in the thinking mode........do I or don't I want to go out....

Mac, you make me tired when you talk about all the running around you do with your son's............did you ever consider buying them bicycles...?

and Ed, its too early in the season for nail biters all ready............. :p

mic, i have come to the conclusion i just don't have a life.
very depressing for me.

another church lady is taking the lady to the hospital today to see her son.
i have to do sunday for her. i will be missing church due to that, but that is okay. you help when you are needed.
only problem i have now is i am scheduled to work monday and tuesday. the man could be released from the hospital on tuesday or wednesday. i have to keep my days free for them but hoping someone else at church can help out if he is released on tuesday. it is a two day assignment for the same teacher and if i tell the sub clerk i need tues off, then i lose the two job. same person is to take both days for the class.

it really is an easy decision, people come before my job. i just don't know when to call the sub clerk to talk to her about not possibly taking the job.

i realy live in a dump.............i looked around the house today and was exhausted just thinking about cleaning it up. no one here helps. i trained the kids when they were young to help and now that they are grown, they have memory lapses................

maybe if they all were well and moved away i could have a clean, tidy house.
nay, then i would fret all the time over them................once a mommie, always a mommie.....

mac, yes you do have a life, you just fill it up with good deeds! :flower:

I agree about boys/men being messy...I'm really pretty lucky, mine aren't too bad............and the other one belongs now to someone else so she can clean up after him..... :p although he helps clean their house....hmmmm...he didn't do much of that here............. ;)

Hope you get your schedule all taken care of....you can't count on the hospital to have rhyme or reason when they will/will not release people...so good luck.

I'm still sitting here thinking, what do I want to do today................ :flower:

:cake: Happy Birthday Chris!!! :cake:

Messy boys :listen: :faint: My worst is Michael. His room is trashed out most of the time--well Travis does help out on that too! I do make them drive a bulldozer through once a week for a pathway.
Matthew can be messy but when I ask him to clean up he does it, does it right and with out crying. The little ones are good about picking up their stuff when asked.

here i is again...........

taking a break and came to the library to check and see how all of you are doing.

hiding is really what i am doing.
too depressing to tackle the entire house today. i just tidied up two days ago and now it is the dump again.

going to hang out here and chill for awhile. then, going to check out some genealogy books.
will be back later to see who is on.

Hey girls............Happy Birthday seems to be a theme...so Happy Birthday Chris.... :flower:

mac, be very, very careful at the library...no losing priviledges....

yes, I decided to stay home...forgot the fellow was coming to finish up roof project....not that he needed me here, but anyway, I'm sure before it is all said and done he will be knocking on the door saying he needs to go buy something else...............more $$$$....I'm hoping he has all he needs though and won't run into any more problems....

I guess I'll listen to the ballgame online....I could actually do some scrapping while doing that as the computer is in the same room as my scrapbook stuff...hmmmmmmmmm...still undecided....seems to be another theme for today........

A little cool, but a gorgeous day here today :sunny:

I havent had a chance to scrap in a while but I did sign up for a crop the 23 at the LSS (like to go there since I dont have a die cutting system) and I signed up for an all day crop on the 7th for National scrapbook day. Hopefully I can get some of my Christmas pics done, some disney pics and maybe some of Evans first year of school--preschool.

still chillin' in the library............what a bunch of weird o's here today....not including me of course.

Deena, I'm thinking of going to the National Scrap day too....my biggest problem is I hate gathering up everything I need to cart along....I have my stuff all set up (sorta) organzied on my table and when I start grabbing stuff to take along, it gets all discombopulated....LOL...but I may just take a few blank pages along, photos and use whatever she has set out...I consider it more a social event anyway, to chat and gab with friends...and to look at their photos and pages...inspiration you know....I'm so far behind...I've got pages from when the baby was born......and you know he just had birthday #1....plus I go back once inawhile and work on my boys albums, trying to catch up their whole lives in albums....scrapbooking was not a thing when my kids were babies....and I've said this before, I have more scrapping supplies than one person could use in a lifetime.

Also Deena, if you ever want any supplies, let me know, I have an "in"...lots of Disney stuff and Sew Whats etc...just give me a hollar. :sunny:

mac, weirdos seem to creep out with the warm weather............ :p
