tell the lady to jump in a river pam.

is she a problem parent ususally??

is she the mom to pee pee boy........

nope not the mom of pee pee boy but to the mom of the baby that still cries alot. She always has to have her nose in my business and she always is the type of person that thinks she could do my job better........i would love to see her try to do my job--i would bet she would pull her hair out in an hour. Not that i am great at the job i do but i do keep on schedule and they all seem happy!

what type of work does that hoity toity mom do?
does she think she is better than others?

she probably makes a good wage if she has all three of her brats in your day care center.

edited to note to pam: don't give her any discounts.

Here Pam this guy has a message for her!

she does office work and I don't think she makes that great of money. Less than $10 an hour i think. Yes i believe she does think she is better than alot of people. Her oldest is noah's age and she tries to tell me how to parent my kids! :confused3 needless to say...i put her in her place every time she tries. She will have 2 kids in my daycare when her oldest goes to school--he will be in first grade again as he has a minor speech problem. Her dd was suppose to go to kindergarten this year but she held her back because she didn't want her ds and dd being that close in school.

She does this crap to me all the time...i usually just let it rool off my shoulders but I have had it this time...i don't tell her that she can't go somewhere because i am not watching her kids....oh she better never ask me to watch her kids late ever again!!! I don't forget these kinds of things! :earboy2:

oh and she is also the one who said that her ds couldn't play video games unless she approved them. I told her then that he would not be allowed in trent and noahs rooms at nap time then. She told me that she doesn't feel that her ds should get banned from their rooms...they should just play stuff on THEIR games that she approves of. I said....ummmm....no their rooms are their rooms and as long as I approve the stuff that goes on in their rooms it is okay with me....her ds just won't be allowed in the rooms anymore.

She wasn't very happy with me then either but I wasn't going to let her tell me what my kids can and can't do in their own bedrooms!!

Oh my Pam she sounds like quite a winner  Sounds like she needs to stay home with her kids since she can parent her kids better than you. I cant stand know it alls and cant believe she has the nerve to tell you what your kids should do in their own rooms.
You must be really nice Pam for not bopping her upside the head, lol.

i agree with deena, she should stay home and tell her kids what to think and when to think it.

i had no choice but to go back to work when first son was 5 months old.
boy did i hate that. i had a great sitter but she spoke spanish. my kid spoke spanish before he spoke english.
stayed home when i had #2.
went back to work 4 weeks after #3 born. but that only lasted 5 months. too difficult and too expensive.
waited until all were in school before i went back to teaching.

people that tell you what to do in your own home, don't need to be there.

hmmmmmmm....tell the witch to watch her own kids and not tell you how to raise your's..........and I'm thinking other letters of the alphabet for the 3rd word in my post............. ;) I'll be anxious to see if she misses work to stay home tomorrow because you aren't comforming to her needs.... and I so agree with you about the boys bedroom's...its YOUR home and THEIR bedroom, so tell her to build a bridge and get over it............

I'm all finger :paw: and registered with the law, so now if I've got something lurking in my past, it will all come out..........you can visit me in the pokey. I start on August 16th, so its getting close. I saw some friends in the office today that manage the kitchens in our schools here in town, so that was nice to see them.

I went to three stores today and spent almost the identical amount in each stop.....I'm thinking I should play those numbers in the lottery... :)

hello mic-mic..........that's it, you tell 'em girl......

so another one of us is fingerprinted too. we are special aren't we. !!

i had to get fingerprinted when i started to work for the state some years back. if i get in trouble and sent to the pokey, i will say they are your prints, we switched hands.

so you are telling us you went to three stores and spent the same amount at each one..........mic, have you spent your first paycheck before even receiving it??

on a serious note here, i went outside to get something and got stung by a wasp. what do i do?
i am in pain, i am sick.....
my shoulder area has raised and turned white. do i put ice on it?

i am serious, what do i do. i can't call my mom, she would start screaming. she is allergic to insect bites.

Oh dear a bee sting..........can you believe I've only ever been stung once in my life!! Bee's don't like me, I don't get poison ivy either, and I know I've touched it before...........

Ice should work on it.....is the stinger out of it? Then some hydorcortisone cream may help if it feels itchy...........oh my, I'm sorry you got nipped by a nasty bee...............bad bee, bad bee................ :paw: there, I stepped on it for you......

I was close with my remedy.....

For stings causing itch, irritation, redness and swelling at the sting site, the following may be useful:

Ice
Baking Soda
Meat Tenderizer--for people not allergic to bee stings. Use any brand with Papain. Make a paste with a few drops of water to a teaspoon of meat tenderizer and quickly apply to the sting to reduce pain and inflammation (breaks down components of sting fluid).
Ammonia Solution--Apply a 1 to 2.5 percent solution no more than three to four times daily.
Oral Antihistamines--Tablets may be chewed for faster relief, but liquids are more readily absorbed after oral ingestion (Chlortrimeton, Dimetane, Teldrin).
Epinephrine Inhaler (Bronkaid mist, Primatene, Medihaler-Epi)
Topical Steroids (Cortaid, Dermolate, Lanacort, etc.)
Local Anesthetics (Benzocaine, Americaine, Dermoplast, Bactine, Foille, Lanacaine, Solarcaine)

mic, it wasn't a bee but a wasp that stung me.
i googled it and found vinegar could be used also baking soda.

it is taking the sting out of it.
i can't find the stinger though.

thanks for helping

You are so correct, I think honey bees are the only w itches that leave stingers...wasps and those other sons of b's don't....

Hope it is feeling better.............vinegar is good and baking soda paste should draw out the soreness........... :flower:

i'm sure one wasp sting won't kill me but i don't feel too wonderful right now.

maybe i should join ed for a drinky poo.........
i mean the "great one" for a drinky poo....

mac--i am so sorry that you got stung. I once got stung in the eye from a wasp and it left the stinger in...it hurt like a b. I am glad you covered all of your bases! You should both be doctors. We will call you dr. mac and dr. mic!!!

Well i officially have one parent mad at me. She told me that she thought that it was to much for malarie to handle and that it is different for me because i am an adult. I told her not to bring them then and she told me that she didn't have anyone else. So is what she is saying is that she wants me to stay home and not go to the funeral. Well needless to say i am going to the funeral and she better never ask me to watch her kids late or for a funeral because i may just give her a LOT of grief like she has given to me. I am sick of her crap and am very tempted to tell her to go permently!--i could find replacements for her kids in a heartbeat as i have a waiting list!

hey do you think ed will pour me a drinky poo too!!! heck--he should just pour a round--i am sure we could all use one!!!
