wow, christmas all over again!!

Morning all! What a busy day yesterday. Yes mac I did get a white Christmas. It snowed Christmas eve and coverd a lot of stuff outside. Some on the ground but you could still see grass. People did build snowmen. Most of it started melting yesterday afternoon and this am we still have a little left on some roofs and a few other things. Its only snowed down here a handfull of times my whole life so yes we do get very excited about it. And I dont believe its ever snowed right on Christmas!
We had a good Christmas though. The boys were happy with all their stuff. Dh and I got money from in-laws which we always are happy to receive,lol.
My mil and sil loved the scrapbooks I made them of our June Disney trip.

Morning Deena! I am glad the boys like the gift! Gotta love the inlaws for giving you money. That is a great gift. And I am glad the scrapbooks were a hit.

I bet it was exciting that it was snowing..keep it over your way though..I dont want it.

Mac - my fam comes tomorrow. Today, I am cleaning and breaking down all the boxes. I need to get as much cleaning done today as possible, since my fam will be here around the time Lee gets home (if they leave on time.) LOL!

Morning all!! Glad to see that you all had a great christmas!!! Our was good as well but i just wish we didn't' have sooo much running around to do! We have been running since Friday and now we are headed out to dave's mom and dads! Tomorrow the kids comes back so i need to get my house organized which is what i should be doing--but you all are way more important!
For Chrismas santa brought my kids and myself a yucky cold with a bad cough! I guess i wan't so good this year! I guess my sis was even worse--she got the flu on x-mas this year!
I can't wait until everything gets back to the normal routine!
Adam--those pictures are sooo cute of your family! thanks for sharing with us!
0cm--I am sorry i missed you too! I hope you have a great time with your family!
mac--did you ever get the ipod on time?!?! I saw it was really close! When you get done with your laundry you can come and do mine--i missed a day of laundry day so i have to play catch up--guess what i will doing tomorrow!
mic-- i am sooo glad that you are enjoying your family! Isn't it so much fun to see their faces when they open their presents!?
ed--you sound very busy!!! Hope you get some zzz's on the recliner when you are at those family dinners!
4gbs--i am soo glad that it snowed for you! I just can't get into the spirit this year--we have only had 2 inches of snow this year so it didn't even feel like x-mas! Now i have a feeling we are going to be in for it in March and April like we did last year and got over 30 inches in like 2 weeks!

Glad to see you all had a great weekend!!! I have been thinking of you guys!!!

Hi all....oh it does indeed sound like everyone had the best Christmas...except for catching bugs...please feel better real soon...and snow...how cool is that...

We are just staying home...it feels good really to stay put..

Mac- I am here! I am just cleaning and cleaning. I am going back to finish more laundry, then set up the beds, clean out my room/bathroom and then vacuuming. But I will be on later.

they are out visiting with Great-Grandma....so I'm taking a minute to say HI...also in between unloading the dryer...why can't clothes learn to put themselves away after a nice washing and drying??? it sure would simplify things...........

I'm so sleepy right now...I do believe the past few weeks has finally caught up to me....

Hey everyone. Hope you all are having a great weekend. I have off tomorrow so I am up late tonight Enjoying a cold drink. I do have a favor to ask of all of you. I received an invitation to the Atlantic City Hilton to participate in a $5,000 last man standing Blackjack tournament this Tuesday. I just happened to have 1 straggler vacation day so I said, "what the hey!!!" I need y'all to send me some good vibes, prayers, pixie dust...whatever you have to send my way.

I know basic Blackjack strategy but it is not one of my favorite games. I usually play either Bacarat or Craps. The casino odds are much lower in those games. I know the basics of counting cards but with 6 decks it's next to impossible. Darn, why couldn't it be a craps or holdem poker tournament!! I guess I'll have to live with what's dealt to me. Anyway, I wish you all a great week leading into 2005.

Gosh I had such a lazy day today. My 2 oldest went over to their dads to exchange gifts and my new son came home from his parents house. The older ones then came home the boys exchanged their christmas gifts with each other. Connor (2 yrs) had Michael's (17 yrs) name. So I got a string of candy canes and taped a $20 on the inside of the paper wrapper. You could tell he wasnt very happy to see others getting DVD's and CD's and he got candy canes, lol. I finally told him to open the wrapper.
My poor hubby goes to work in the am and the 3 teens are going to go back over to their dad's house. My living room is still totally trashed out--well actually I think the majority of my house, lol.
