hope they made you laugh...lke i told pam, the hot toddy needs a place in your home. it took me three stores to find another one like that. i sent the first one i bought to pam.

guess the card sold out quickly cause the ones that bought it probably know a todd also.

Hi all, thanks for sending HIM out Adam, yes I got the lecture, I asked specifically for the long version also, so I won't burn anything else...oh silly me....how thoughtless to blow up the oven....LOL...but he was oh so nice and gave me good instructions on how to handle things safely and put out fires..........

ok, I made a cake, a 7 layer dessert, 2 kinds of cookies and some rollie bollies...lol...that is what we call pie dough rolled up with cinnnamon and sugar inside....request from son....

hey mac, MY card was appropriate for a 4 year old to take to his room....LOL.... and ocm, I'm so glad he enjoyed it....you gotta love those Mickey Mouse and the gang items.....I do!!

pam, those cookies look a lot better than mine...lol....think I'll print them and put them on a platter......field guide to baking....some days I need that....I've been known to make messes when in the kitchen..........of course Adam sends me some nice handymen....to help me clean up....

it rained cats and dogs here all day, then the wind picked up substantially, and you can feel a decided difference in the air...it is getter colder...just so my thin blooded kin can complain about how cold they are (ok, my son was born & raised here...he has become a desert rat...and dil was born in Salt Lake City, Utah....um...its cold there too)......

Well, we just opened our gifts from my outlaws. It was nice and they kids are happy. Now hopefully they leave and it will be a nice ending to an interesting visit.

I've come up to veg for a bit, take a shower and get dressed (it is Thursday, so I've followed tradition all day), because I don't think the airport will look highly on our Thursday form of dress...

that is so funny mac....my dh and I were just saying that the oldest grandson will no doubt talk non-stop for the 50 mile trip back to the house...he is a talker...and is so serious about stuff....really, as much as I love him, sometimes I have to say...."shhhhh" just for a minute, please...we are hoping for not much traffic at the hour which we are going out...but you know these beltways around cities...always traffic on them...but it shouldn't be too bad....

Hi Everyone

WE got money from the outlaws. It is always a nice gift. Julie got a Barney, Princess lamp, and a princess bathrobe. Nico got Buzz bathrobe, Blues Clues sleeping bag, and bluse cluse shirts. They got a bone for my dog, and they didnt get anything for Sammie!!! But, we wont focus on that.

The best gift from them was them leaving. It was too much for me...and I really dont want to have them back next year.

If leaving was the bestest gift of all, did you put a bow on them when you sent them out the door???
