You are welcome to express your feeling. The bottom line is you came onto this thread and that was one of the first things you posted. Probably not the best way to start off.

My first post, noting that I had no idea what the thread was about, but still desirous of making a comment about "test-anxiety."

My second post, noting that even a once-a-month-open-book test is scary to me, in response to your invitation to "hang around and see."

My third post, essentially asking for a copy of the condensed version of this thread since it's a bit long of a read, in response to macraven telling me not to go yet but stay and play.

My fourth post - still talking tests - where I inquire what type of tests are given.

My fifth post, responding to macraven's implication that all kinds of tests are given, as well as providing an answer to the test question. Having not seen any picture of any man or towel to that point, I answered in my worst Col Klink (sp?) imitation that I saw nothing and therefore guessed the towel was clear/see-through/transparent.

My sixth post, expressing appreciation for the easy-A, picking my m&m reward, wishing someone a good shopping day and asking mickey what Thursday's are all about/what makes them special.

My seventh post, noting that since clothing isn't an option on Thursdays and I wasn't naked, perhaps I should leave.

Not until my EIGHTH post, do I make any "negative" comment, and then merely a brief reaction to the picture Big Dude posted, and even then ONLY because it was posted TO ME.

My ninth post, responding to Big Dude "punishing" himself, telling him not to worry 'bout it, and simply reiterating that I'd just have preferred not to see the pic. Then I ASKED about pics on the thread, wondering if "sensual/sexy" pics were a norm on the thread. No "bad-mouthing" the thread or anyone on the thread, just merely ASKING a question.

My tenth post, in response to the fondue pics Big Dude posted, indicating that I guess I should have asked if sensual/sexy pics of PEOPLE are a norm on the thread.

My eleventh post, again responding to Big Dudes food pics, informing that I think black raspberries are the tops.

My twelfth post, in response to your admission that we have no [black raspberries] today, is a Monty Python quote from their Argument Clinic bit, and was intended to be a humorous reply.

My thirteenth post, plays off of WJC's Yosemite Sam "dare" to complain, and includes another Monty Python quote (from their Parrot Sketch).

My fourteenth post, in response to what I figured was a meant-to-be-taken-lightly "Go Away" from WJC, was meant to be a light-hearted response to "Slick Willy's" oh-so-charming demeanor, figuring Monty Python may well be lost on him.

My fifteenth post is first a Foghorn Leghorn quote response related to the Looney Tunes picture & sound WJC posted to me (had my volume on at the moment), then a reply to pka's welcome and comments with a "thx" and some pics of sunrise/sunset tableware and petit fours (pretty sunrises, sunsets and food sorta all wrapped up together...sorta)

My sixteenth post, letting WJC ("Pinocchio-Nose") know that I didn't "get" the Archie Bunker "thing" (I never watched All in the Family, & if there was sound, I didn't hear it since my volume was off), and asking you what was special 'bout Tuesday?

My seventeenth post, responding to your too-hard-to-explain-to-a-newcomer answer, which basically says "that's okay if you'd rather not try to explain, no biggie."

My eighteenth post, responding to mac "taking issue" with my previous comment TO BIG DUDE, not mac or you or ANYONE else on the thread, that I'd have preferred not to see "nearly-nakie man," letting mac know that I hadn't meant to be a bother or anything, but that I was merely a bit "taken-aback" by Big Dude's post to me.

My nineteenth and most recent besides the one I'm currently typing, responding to you "taking issue" with my posts on this thread.

I made ONE brief comment TO BIG DUDE in my EIGHTH post and it's really all that big of an issue to you? It seems like Big Dude took it in stride, and I wouldn't have commented on it further except that mac and you brought my comment back up.

Only posts 8, 18, 19 have to do with the "kinda-covered man," and the last two are simply responses to you and mac bringing my eighth post up. Well, I guess if ASKING if "sensual/sexy" pics are regularly posted on here - not complaining or making any other comment or anything, just ASKING - counts as me not posting in the "best way," well, I guess I'd have to include post #9. All that to say, I guess I just don't see your point here. It ain't like I "reported to a moderator" or called y'all out or raised a big ruckus or anythin'.

But really, there is a difference between someone that is just looking and someone that comes in and starts complaining. You didnt like the picture, you didnt like the food...so I guess I felt as though this thread really wasnt for you.

Already 'been 'round the towel-dude pic issue more times than warranted. Onto food. You think I was "complaining" 'bout the food with my black raspberries post????? Wow. That leaves me kinda speechless. I really don't know what to say. Sorry. Sure wasn't meant as a complaint.

As for whether or not the thread is or isn't for me....well, I was kinda tryin' to ascertain that ('tis why I asked questions 'bout it).

No, you are not guilty of pirating. This is when you post something , on this thread or another and the guys come behind you and change it. Some of my posts taken out of the context of the thread can sound really funny, silly,..what have you. It is all in fun, but I was more warning you that this could happen if you stick around. Hence, if you offend easliy...again, maybe not the thread for you.

Thanks for the explanation. That kinda thing doesn't bother me for the most part (I think I maybe have done it once or twice myself, having noticed others doing it at times), and I would agree such has humorous potential. I understand that Big Dude was trying to be funny, and I highly doubt he had any "evil" intent towards me. Again, I don't see that I made all that much of any issue out of it.

Great...if you can take a joke hang around. These people are always making me laugh, Adam, Ed, Froggy, and the girls are a HOOT! I laugh at least 6 times a day from them.

As I said, we didnt know you and we love to have new people join us. We are very welcoming, so we encourage newcomers to stick around.

Hmm..I dont think I have ever seen Princess Bride. LOL! Adam, those chocolate strawberries from yesterday look so good. We have a Godiva store at the mall. Everytime I go, I get one strawberry...(but dotn tell my workout partner.)
