i called my mom and decided to go stay with her earlier than planned.



i'll leave around 1 this morning, thats just after midnight on friday.

she didn't forget......................i think its in a mother's contract not to forget important things....................

I'm popping in for a minute....got everyone tended too...now must tend to little ones, they stayed with hubby while I was out....

I'm going "shopping" for a good gift for mac....hmmmmm....I'll find something good later and "post it"...

Again, Happy Birthday, glad you are going to be with your Mom, we are wonderful critters aren't we??? I know my boys appreciate me a LOT more now that they are adults...they always loved me, but now they realize what a job Mom's do through the years, and they never forget to tell me "love ya Mom"

so I'm here with the rest, wealth, health, another one for the road, and after its all over, a place to rest...

(I figured after onecools, "gift" you would need to slow down a little bit, so here are 2, each is 1/2 as good as the other)...LOL

I am still amazed you have never been in a limo. What did you drive in for your wedding? What do you shuttke in from the airport to disney?

LOL..I know, I've lead a repressed life haven't I??

Well, we had a very small wedding, so we just used a regular car....this was 31 years ago mind ya....big and extravagant wasn't as prevalent as it is today...nothing wrong with that...we thought we were lucky to have what we did, that's all

and when we fly anywhere, we usually rent a car...so no limo's for us..... or the family picks us up at Sky Harbor Airport...that could be considered limo service right....

but for those that can and do, what a great thing...maybe for my 100th birthday I'll get a ride in one!! LOL

oh, and I did find out that our "peepers" person is not a Red Sox fan....ooohhhhh, shame...shame on them

M4E - you are right. Good to have what you have, but PLEASE dont make your first limo ride in your casket!!! You have a few years for that. Maybe for your next big b-day they will have a limo pick you up and take you to your big :yes::

That's funny...I was thinking of living to be a 100 to get that limo ride for my momentous birthday....and never thought of my casket ride...

At my age, its hard to think we even have to have birthday's anymore...LOL....but a limo ride would be nice...although I think I would like a nice massage....or a spa day...ahhh...sounds so good....

i know, go to granda, get a limo to drive you and pick you up from the resort (no car needed there) and get pampered for the week.
