just got back from getting my hair done...i'm blonde again I also got a tanning package while i was there...now i just hope i have time to use it.

one funny thing.
one of my 3 sons that still lives at home.....ahem........was brushing his teeth this morning with his automatic toothbrush.

all of a sudden, it stopped moving.
get ready for his big blonde moment.....


he yells, "mother, how can i brush my teeth when the battery just died on me......"

i told him do it manually like the rest of us in the family does.

Mac, I think my favorite guy on AI is gonna be the Aussie guy, he reminds me so much of Michael Hutchence from INXS...whom I loved to hear sing. That Danny kid rubs me the wrong way...and Tainted Love was from the 80's I need to research that.......brb........ok, it was 1981...he just made it.......I thought he slaughtered it.....ick

Morning....after quite a night of downpours, we are windy and sunny this morning...

Mac, I don't know what keeps some of these guys in the race on AI, just foolish voting I guess....I would think that Luke is gonna be on the block and maybe Danny Did you read online that David Hernandez is said to have been a stripper in a male club and that Danny had some crap come up about him also.....boy TMZ loves this stuff, gives them something to write about.

uggghhh...i forgot to wat AI again I am so bad about that.

mac--my hair usually is blonde but I put brown and red in it for fall/winter...now i am back to mostly being blonde. I had her foil in blonde so you can still see my brown and red. It is amazing how much the brown/red washes the color out of your face...i got an instant tan just by putting blonde back in my hair

mic--isn't it amazing how fast kids grow? I was looking at pictures the other day of my kids. One of my friends has a daughter graduating this year and she is starting to plan her graduation...she is a mess already.


I think dave is glad to go back to work today...i don't think he would be able to handle my job day in and out. I am kinda glad too....now i will get my own space again and get my computer back while he was here he had my computer to use while he studied.

I suppose i should go get started getting something done. Have a good hump day everyone!

mac - why am i not surprised as to your DSs comments, mine would be perplexed too & whining for me to bring a battery to boot. I don't see all the fuss with them anyway...have 2 diff sonic care gizmos (got thru buzz reward program); they sit mostly unused. I haven't tried them, they sound like a lawnmover when they're started...family sez they rattle their teeth...way i lose fillings, the last thing i need.

There was one other mom in the concession with me last night. She had a boy in the 5th grade with her & I had Ally, who is in the 3rd grade. We let them handle adding up what the orders were and getting the change (of course with us over seeing them). Always great to take advantage of ways to make sure they know how. Drives me nuts to see hs kids that can't count change.

Hey bombastic blonde bimbos I still can't get over how light mine is this go around.....I like it, but still not sure who is looking back at me from the mirror...I don't do too good when I go towards a red tint...I do like dark sometimes...like I said, this new gal is very much into color and I might let her experiment when I go back, heck, its only hair, you can cut if off, it grows back, you can color it and re-color if you don't like it

KS, the stripper was David Hernandez, not the Aussie, who I think is Michael Johns? I've not got all their names straight. Honestly, since I read all that about the stripping for men, I can 'see' that in this David dude. I've not been overly fond of him anyway. The other bartender guy, maybe he is a David, with the guitar and funky hair do is pretty good too. David Archuletta is a cute kid and can sing, but he just annoys me for some reason..but he can sing. I agree with Simon most of the time, and the kid needs to let the ballads go and belt something out. You are right, Michael Hutchence was one of those tortured souls that helped kill himself thru excesses..quite sad. I had started reading a book his sister/mother wrote about him, good guy, just messed up in the head. The girls will be singing tonight, let's see who will unimpress me I like the Irish gal the best...the other's...eh...nothing special in the bunch. I felt bad for the little gal last week that got voted out, she didn't deserve to go so soon but that is how it goes.
