Morning for the second time...now I'm at work and have a minute.
Glad all the kids are excited about Halloween, I can remember being SO excited, but then, back in the age of dinosaurs, we got excited over the little things. Our trick or treat was Saturday

from 6 to 8. It is for younger kids mostly. With the clocks not having changed, it was light out still for about the first hour and really, to me spoils the fun of it. I figure if they are doing 6 to 8, they could have it today, but whatever. They have a party and stuff for the kids downtown so I guess Sat. is better. Hope all the little goblins enjoy themselves!
How is Trent feeling Pam? and KS, your son doesn't eat candy

actually, what a lucky child...wish I didn't like it

I should lay off it as it is something that irritates my stomach issues...but I LOVE it...been real good though, haven't had any in since last week.
Gant, love when you stop by. And yes, you are the official investigator of team test..
So, I go to pick up the prescription the doctor prescribed for my stomach..."sorry, your insurance won't cover this, you need to take something else or have your doctor call and authorize this medicine"...ok, what the heck is a prescription if not an authorization to take a med??

Oh, and if I wanted to pay out of pocket, it was $142. So, I've called the dr's office to try and straighten it out. They gave me some samples and it is really helping, that is what makes me so mad. I hate insurance co. I've hardly used our insurance all the years we've had it, and now when you want to use it, you go thru all this bs.
Mac, they have not suggested I need surgery for the h. hernia, so with diet and the prescription (the one I can't get) I should live with it fine. The diverticulitis is mostly controlled with lots of fiber in the diet. We have been switching to whole wheat pasts and I have always eaten whole wheat bread, so I just have to add some extra fiber to my diet. Hell to get old, ain't it
KS, that guy is freaky looking....
So I go to pick up the prescription
