test Part 10

i need to buy a new suitcase.
the one i bought 13 months ago and spent too much on was ruined on this past trip.

i had the bell boys mask tape the suitcase together.
it was split all along the back side.

i think it happened when the valet was loading the cart for me.
anyway, i need one or will be using large brown bags friday.

Good morning friends....

Mac, really now, you should carry the white plastic grocery bags, they are so more chic than brown.........:goodvibes I've come to the conclusion that a mid priced suitcase is just as good as expensive...I've watched how they handle those things when you fly, and it ain't pretty:sad2: I usually go to JC Penny's when they have them for 50% off or so and buy one. Got one I think 2 yrs. ago and after one plane ride it looked 5 years old:rolleyes:

Ok, off to work it is...almost Friday....I felt so bad last evening I lay on the bed around 7:45 and dozed off and on til around 9:30....watched a little TV then went back to sleep before 11. I feel a bit better, not totally 'me'...but I do feel more rested. It was warm last evening also...I had the fan on and kept kicking the covers off.

See ya later :goodvibes

morning test buddies.....

i called off work today.
felt like a good day to skip skool.......

it stormed here last night but now is sunny.........hooray....

i waited until the last minute to rent a car for my quick trip.
price went up to over $50 plus taxes per day.....
that will teach me to do a quicker next time.

will be back later.
where is the rest of the gang today?

howdy pardners; today was skool openhouse, i meeted & greeted all day.

dh sprung for another lunch @ applebees - yum, glad for the break...DS eats like a horse.

later

Man KS, your dh is gonna spoil you with all these meals out...:thumbsup2 sounds like a plan on your part:goodvibes

mac, don't you hate when you miss that good deal...I'd keep checking though, right up to the point of leaving, you never know what might pop up...did you find any codes online to use? or AARP or AAA? sometimes it is a % off and it helps.

I scrubbed my kitchen floor this evening, I'm pooped now. Tomorrow night I'll run the vacumm around and tidy up...it will look like a circus came to town by Saturday with the kids running around, but at least I know it was straight when they got here

Ok, off to watch a little baseball.....hope I get to watch more than 1 more time.....:upsidedow

bag ladies? coach or louis vuitton...i'm more of a baggalini schlump

yep, i'd be happy never to cook again at this point.

weirdest thing...

to watch middle DS stroll into the house after a shift in complete uniform and with a weapon not sure if i'll ever get used to it or like it.:sad2:

KS, I'm sure your heart bursts with love and pride when you see your officer, but yet as a Mom, it has to be a little scary....

well, it is almost midnight and i have just started to do the laundry.....

have to do it as i need to pack some of those clothes

one of these days i will pack days in advance.

i'll be back later before i leave.

came back to tuck you all iinto bed.
but, in about 2.5 hours, tony and mic will be getting up and starting their day.

will be back next tuesday night. i'm leaving soon

will miss all of you!

it's wake up time...... get a moving cow people......didn't know if i should say girl or boy with the cow....

i'm leaving now and won't be back to wake u if you fall back to sleep now.

have a great weekend

Good morning....

Pam sent that blasted rain here...and it is humid  it is supposed to be fall...ick

mac, have safe travels, will see you next week  Packing under pressure always works for me...I take less and get it done in record time

Gotta run.......will check in a little later

museum gets my vote:thumbsup2

bye mac, hope you have a great trip!

mic - no fall for you;) , pouring here still mid 70's:woohoo: ; supposed to clear out & be cold (60:laughing: ) for the Wolves game tomorrow - then bounce back to near 80 for Sunday.:confused3 my mom keeps mumbling about end of the world prophecies...too many of those weird cable shows...creepin' me out.

Saw a twister hit pensacola yesterday, don't think any issues in MCO for Ed.:wizard:

i'm going to purchase a scanner to keep tabs on jr. He's so excited, hard to muster my enthusiasm; guess i'll wrap my brain around it. Can't imagine how parents feel who have kids in the war zone.:sad2:

KS, I agree, can't imagine one of my loved ones in war...that would be very scary

Rain predicted here with a clarningout by tomorrow and around 74...then some 80's first of the week...ds is moaning already, he said he wanted it to be 'fall' while they are visiting and they don't deal with humidity too well...LOL...true desert peeps

Bob, get out the crafts today and make some cool Halloween things...paper bats, pumpkins etc.

Rainy day + active 2 year old = no clue what to do today. :confused3 :rolleyes1

I can relate bob, but x's mine by 10!!!! School is out here today so I have 4 drop in's. It is muddy outside since we had 10 inches of rain in the last few days...today is the first day we have seen sun in a week:sad2:

my aunt has aged about 10 years since my cousin has been over in iraq. This is his 2nd tour over there. He is due to come home around the 22nd of Nov. He will actually get to see his daughter graduate from college. He missed her high school graduation due to him being over there the first time. We will have my dad's entire side home for x-mas!!!! We are all very excited!

forgot to say,

Mac--have a good time...didn't know you were going away so soon. I saw you say you bought an air ticket and car rental though.

Mic--enjoy your boys! Have fun with them!!!

pam - has to be hard on your family, hope he stay's safe:wizard:

mic - didn't realize this was the big weekend for you:banana: have fun, take pics! drove errands today, the leaves are finally starting to put on their show...much as I hate it; they are beautiful!
