Test new level of member services

I submitted my requests a couple of weeks ago for our upcoming NYE trip. We have a party of 16, staying in a GV and three studios at SSR.
They were successful getting some of our requests fairly close to the times we were looking for. I knew given our party size that we would need to be flexible.
We requested Hoop De Doo for our arrival evening
Skipper Canteen lunch, we got 4 tables for 2pm
Via Napoli lunch. They had us at 5 tables with times from 2pm to 230pm. We were able to rebook our own at 3 tables within a five minute difference.
Chef Art Smiths dinner between 6-8pm. We have four tables within a thirty minute time difference.

They were unable to book Hoop De Doo for us, but will continue to monitor.
On our own we were able to grab this, but not on the original day we wanted, nor the time or tier we had wanted. But it was important for most in the group, so we decided to take what we could.

The member services team member I spoke with was friendly as expected.
I did appreciate the service, primarily because I hate having to get up early to try and book things, but I don't think if it became a paid service I would pay for it.
Years ago, there was a thing called Magical Gatherings I think, which had events for large groups, and we did take advantage of those offerings.
I would be shocked if they keep it and don't monetize it.

So, we have used this previously and loved but not when traveling with another couple. Will they book dining reservations for the other couple? We aren’t doing everything together so they are doing some meals on their own. They are staying in the GV and listed on the reservation. I had assumed the answer was yes but in looking at the email but it states “This program is available only to Disney Vacation Club Members and their Associates listed on the Membership. Associates must be travelling during this stay in order to contact us as part of this program.”

Anyone have experience in this situation?

I mean the email quote seems pretty cut and dry to me. If they aren't members or associates, they book their own stuff. It seems like this is an amenity extended to DVC members staying in a DVC grand villa, not just to everyone staying in a DVC grand villa.

When I did this at WDW for our last trip I emailed them a list of all of our wishes for both our family and our guests (family friends staying with us) and they gladly booked everything for both families. I just had to provide the email/name for my friend who was doing the planning for his family and I also had to get him on a 3-way call when we did the final bookings and he had to provide his credit card info for the deposits for the places that need them. So that may be the only weird thing is having your friend hear your credit card info and you theirs. In this case this was a very good family friend of me and @MrsNVDISFamily so no worries there :)

Edit - Oh I should add I also that on a prior trip where we had 20+ with us and they also helped with those traveling with us who were not in the GV (we had multiple rooms at a few resorts for the trip). And on the prior trip above we were only in the GV for half of the trip and we had two 2-BR for the other half and they still helped us book things for the entire trip. IMO every time I've used this it's a very good service.....
