Tesco vouchers on virgin VS DIY ...cheapest?

Funway holidays have now teamed up with Tesco. I haven't read all the small print in the terms and conditions, but at first glance it looks like you can pay 50% of the cost of holiday with your vouchers, so good for those with plenty of vouchers.

An update on my previous post on here, which is very old. I did manage to change our Easter holiday to an August one, they retained the full 2100 in vouchers against the holiday, I had to pay another deposit and the deposit on the orginal holiday was credited to the new holiday.

I am now spending my hard earned tesco points on other things, as VH are really expensive compared to DIY. I got myself and my DS a smartphone for xmas on double up and the rest has been used on meals out and other things. I can't seem to generate the point collection levels that I was once attaining, otherwise I would be spending them on cruises. Having been on DCL last summer paid for with cash! I now have the cruising bug LOL!

It has suddenly struck me though, that I can probably DIY book and save more than the virgin brochure price Minus around the £1000 or so will have in Tesco vouchers by next spring. GRR Now can only get 3x value not 4x as originally.
