Teriyaki Chicken
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
16 oz. frozen stir-fry vegetables
1 small can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 cup chicken broth
4 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons bottled teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1-1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Hot cooked rice
Combine all ingredients except rice in crockpot.
Cover; cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3
hours. Stir before serving over hot cooked rice.
