, so no gym for me today. First time in awhile, so it's going to be weird. I will be doing lots of walking, so it won't be too bad. Tomorrow I need to hit the weights hard and a good cardio workout.



) I think once I lose the 30 pounds and tone this butt up, I should be fitting into a size 8 or even a 6, which just blows me away. I'm just going to keep focusing on a pound at a time and celebrate every accomplishment that I have.

Saturday was tough since I was still paying for it till after lunch. It was slow, but I finally got it together, drinking lots of water and staying OP with food. We bowled again and I had PLENTY of water to get me through the evening. I did slurge alittle with a small hamburger and fries. I had 9 points left over, so I'm sure I didn't have to use too many flex points. The hamburger was good, but could have done without the fries.
You are doing GREAT!!!! And you got into size 12's and even bought a 10 that fit!! That is amazing!!! Please quick run and go donate any article of clothing over a 12!
