Today has been good day. I had to take Jessica to an early dentist appt this morning, so I didn't get to the gym till after 9:00am. I did 20 minutes on the weights, 60 minutes on th ellptical (burning 846 calories!!) and 20 minutes on the treadmill. I've had a slimfast for breakfast, 3 egg whites, toast and a pear for lunch (3 points). A tootie roll for dessert. I just finished another 3 egg whites, toast and pear for dinner (it tasted so good at lunch :teeth: ) I'll probably have snack sized popcorn for dessert and that's about it. I typically stay under my points the day before WI. I've had about 92 ounces of water so far. Probably have another 32 ounces and then I'll slow down.

Tomorrow I'm really REALLY shooting for that 163 weigh in. This morning the scale said 164.5, which means tomorrow it'll be about 164, if not lower. If it's a 1.5 pound loss, I'll be happy. :sunny:
 

Tera!!! Your face is soooo slender!!! You have my BODY!!! :) Of course I'm 20 pounds more than you but your shape is just like mine!! It's sooo cool to see your hips shrinking before my eyes! :) All that elliptical is really paying off!!! And look at how healthy and glowy you look!!!! GREAT JOB!!!!!

I took the liberty of making your photos a little smaller. I thought you might be shocked at how large they were :earboy2:

The originals are still there, too. The smaller ones just have "_1" added to the end of the filename.

I think you should post them on the main WISH board ::yes:: What a great success story!

Today's WI went pretty well. Was hoping to claim my 45 pound clippie today, but will have to wait one more week. I lost 1.4 pounds for a total of 44.8 pounds :cool1: Only 4.8 pounds to go and I'll be in the 150's!!!!! :banana:

Been doing great so far with eating. I had a Koshi bar after WI for breakfast, and 3 egg whites and toast for lunch. Don't know what it is about the eggs, but they taste SO good :earboy2: Got an hour on the treadmill this morning before WW and I'll be off to bowling in just a few minutes. I'll be busy tonight stuffing eggs for our upcoming Easter Egg Hunt Saturday morning. Not sure what'll I'll have tonight for dinner, probably leftover chicken. I'll update later today.... :sunny:

Haven't tried the egg whites..but I do like egg beaters.

Gail - 3 egg whites are 1 point, not 0... my mistake :rolleyes: I haven't looked at the egg beaters, but I should, would be much easier.

Well today has been a good day. Dropped kids off at school and headed to the gym. Did 20 minutes on the weights, working out some of my arms and mostly legs. Did 45 minutes on the ellptical and burned 590 calories!

Got home and did some cleaning around the house. With 3 dogs and dead grass in the backyard, my floor is a mess. Took my shower and then headed up the school to help out in the library. Exchanged an outfit at Old Navy and now I'm home finishing up on laundry.

Food today has been good, slimfast this morning and eggs, toast and a banana for lunch. I had a koshi bar and a string cheese so far for snacks. I realized that I still had 9 points left over last night, not counting my AP. I need to make sure I use more points, even if it's fruit or a glass of milk. I'm afraid my body isn't getting enough and will shut down. Tonight we're having fish and I'll have a sweet potato and veggies. Tomorrow we're planning to go out for St Patrick's Day after Jessica's Irish dancing, so I'm sure I'll be using all my points then. Friday I'll have a good workout and drink plenty of water. Tuesdays WI goal is 161, which will get me my new clippie and just 3 pounds away from my 50 pound clippie. THAT will be a celebration!!!!
 
Congrats on your amazing progress! Go get that 50lb clippie! :cheer2:

I just checked WW online and egg beaters are 1 point too. I like them too. Yum...maybe I'll have some today. (can you tell I haven't eaten yet?)

Today has been a good day. Dropped kids off at school and headed to the gym. My friend Margaret and I did 60 minutes on the ellptical, burning just over 800 calories. Just couldn't push myself as hard as earlier in the week, but still did good. Legs are alittle sore from weights yesterday. I wanted to walk on the treadmill after, but thought I had a good enough workout and wanted to get home. My friend Michelle and I went to the mall so I could look for some new pants. I hate how so many jeans are the low rise, boot cut. I like the boot cut, but my butt is still too big to wear the low rise. Just wanted some regular jeans. I finally found some Liz Claiborne size 12 (short) that fit PERFECT!!!!. And they were on sale :cool1: :cool1: I need one more pair to get me through until I'm buying my 10's :teeth:

Went bra shopping next and found 3 new ones, 38B's :earseek: I think I should have gone with the 36, but Michelle said it would be more comfortable and I have to agree. I can't believe I had to get a B though. NEVER wore that size before :rolleyes: Think I might go back and get a couple more since they were on SALE :cool1:

Tonight after Jessica's Irish dancing class, we're heading to Bennigan's for dinner. Not really "Irish", but it's close to the house. I'll have one beer and something semi-good for me :earboy2: Tomorrow I will do some cardio again and drink water, so no worries.

I've signed up for the Summer Challenge and will try and lose 25 pounds by June 21st. It'll be hard, especially as I get closer to my goal weight, but I will continue to work hard, drink lots of water and try and stay OP as much as possible. Our cruise is only 49 days away and still want to lose 13 pounds. It's going to be close.........

Well... felt like I needed to update my journal after this evening. Jessica ended up not having Irish dancing tonight, so we went by the mall so I could look at jeans at Sears. I bought another size 12 Gloria Vanderbuilt's, so I should be set for awhile until I need to get a small size. Also got a pair of size 12 white capri's and a size SMALL (6-8) tank top to go with it for my cruise.

We went to Bennigan's for dinner and it was packed. We waited about 45 minutes, even though they told us it would be a 2 hour wait. I think a lot of people left, making it quicker for us. I had 2 green beers (light) and we split a appetizer (I had one mozzarella stick and one quesadilla). I ordered a grilled chicken with grilled veggies and garlic mashed potatos. I ate one of the two chicken, but all of the veggies and most of the potatos. We also split a frozen ice cream pie (I ate most of it). I'm not too worried about it since I had 17 points going into dinner. I know I probably went over, but not by much. I'm drinking water tonight and tomorrow I will make sure to work off as many calories as possible :rolleyes:
 
I'm sure that meal won't hurt you Tera. You got in all that exercise...and I'm sure you will today too. Way to go with the jeans!!! and the SMALL tanktop!!! That is awesome!!!!

As far as egg beaters...I know our stores carry a southwestern egg beater that has peppers and onions in it! Haven't tried it yet.
