On the menu for Teppanyaki, it lists sirloin steak.

Is the steak chopped up and mixed with vegetables or is it a whole steak?

The chef brings out a whole steak (I got filet mignon) and then he dices and cooks it on the metal grill top in front of you. They also served rice, noodles, vegtables, oup, seaweed salad and ice cream.DH also got sushi appetizer.

We had the steak and shrimp earlier this month and it was great! The veggies (onions, squash, mushrooms, etc.) were cooked and served first, then the noodles and finally the meats. The chicken and fish are cooked and then red meat is last. The steak is cut up as you watch and cooked to order. I had the chef serve the steak over the vegetables, but I guess you could get it on the side if you wanted.

Hope that helps! :thumbsup2
