Teppanyaki

Is this a must do restaurant? I've great things about but I'm still undecided. Please give me opinions. TIA

We had dinner there a few weeks ago. It was good food, a great time and our chef was very amusing. We sat at the table with another family which was nice but not intrusive. One thing to note - they are not part of the Disney Dining Experience, one of the only restaurants on site that doesn't honor the 20% discount.

Don't know if this helps or not, or even applies to the OP, but there is a 10% discount during lunch hours (until 3pm at this restaurant) for AP holders. I was able to use this discount when I was there 3 weeks ago and loved it.
My father, who always says he doesn't like ''foreign'' food, absolutely loved Teppanyaki and can;t wait to eat there again.

The better value is at lunch. Same food, less money.

I think it depends on if you like hibachi or not. IMO, it really isn't that different from other hibachi restaurants we've been to. We prefer sushi over hibachi so we always do Tempura Kiku/Matsunuoma Lounge. Teppanyaki has a very limited sushi menu, whereas the other restaurants have a pretty good sushi selection.
