Teppanyaki ~ Sharing meals?

Has anyone ever shared meals at Teppanyaki? We have never been to the restaurant but trying it for the first time in September. The way the tables are arranged is it hard to share a meal. Do all of the appetizers contain sushi?

I shared an entree with my daughter. We had plenty, but we are two girls... As for the appetizer, I know that they had something other than sushi because my girls won't eat sushi (the travesty! ) and an appetizer came with our voucher. Enjoy! It's a lot of fun!!

I've shared a dinner with my son every time we have been there. We both have plenty to eat. They are very careful to split it up exactly. I would just suggest that whoever you are sitting with sits next to you so it is easier on the chef to figure out who gets what.
