Teppanyaki question

This might be a bit of a strange question, but I'm hoping someone here can help me out... We enjoy Teppanayaki and would like to eat there with brother-in-laws family this year as we think they would enjoy it too. But my neice doesn't eat meat, or anything that has "touched" any meat. I've seen there is a vegetables entree on the menu. Does anyone know if they cook the vegetable entree first, before they start cooking the meat on the grill?

Yes, they will cook the vegetarian meals first. We were there in January and had one vegetarian dish. That was cooked first, by itself. After that one was all cooked and served, the chef started working on the other meals that included meats.

They use a little oil, and very light seasoning (maybe a little bit of sake or soy sauce) but generally, the meat is plain, and they give you dipping sauces on the side. My kids are picky eaters, and they love Japanese steak house dining (both at Disney and here at home!)

I LOVE Teppanyaki- I always get the chicken/shrimp combo. and its so yummy.
